The duck attachment is dog's favorite toy, it's like her emotional support stuffy. Probably because its soft and makes a crinkle noise. My other dog loves it too but she loves to tear and shred it to get to the squeaker. So I have to constantly buy this same toy over and over again but it feels so wasteful because they don't care for the teaser stick part, they only want the stuffy duck. I wish they made a replacement option to only buy the stuffy duck. Cause now I have a bunch of stick teasers.

Really helps me out with my energetic dogs. I have a redbone & tree walker coonhound and they love it! Keep in mind these are bigger dogs and they like to tug and play too. So this toy truly is durable and good quality!

Really helps me out with my energetic dogs. I have a redbone & tree walker coonhound and they love it! Keep in mind these are bigger dogs and they like to tug and play too. So this toy truly is durable and good quality!

I ordered this toy for my puppy to help tire her out and it works perfectly! The little duck toy is cute, soft, and small, but very crinkly and she loves a crinkle toy so she goes crazy for it! It's not very noisy at all and seems safe to use with supervision. My puppy is a 6 lb small breed so I can physically lift her off the ground when she locks her jaws on the toy and pull her around with the rope easily. I appreciate that the rope and the handle are both sturdy and not thin or flimsy and that this toy will be able to be used for a long time. The pretty aqua and white coloring is visually pleasing too. I could easily see this being used as a Cat toy as well if your cat likes to chase things.Overall, while I'm not sure how well this would hold up to a larger breed of pup, for my dog it's perfect and I would recommend it to others looking for a easy way to tire out their small puppy!

We have a dog with many toys, but he tires of them after a while. During severe winter weather, we were trying to get him exercised, inside,somehow, as he is a runner and jumper by nature, in good weather, using our large property to stay happy and healthy on his daily outings with us, It is impossible to tell you how excited he gets at the sight of this pole, and the rattling of the little stuffed animal hypes him up totally. We never knew he could grab "prey" out of midair until this came along! He wags his tail the entire time, every second, that it is in use, until we finally get tired, before he does, and hide it away in a closet. He chases it around and around the room , whether we drag it on the floor (at great speed) or twirl it around in the air. When he does catch it, we just pull it back from him and twirl it around again. He never loses the enthusiasm and the pure joy of playing with it. BEST thing we ever have bought in all the years, for any of the dogs we have owned. The pole, though quite lightweight, seems quite sturdy, as does the plaited nylon rope. If this ever breaks, we will buy him another immediately, and now, we also plan to get the larger, longer version of "flirt pole" for outddors when the weather allows.

I got this to use inside with my puppy to help tire him out. I love that the toy has sounds - he loves it! He is teething so he was able to chew through the black string at the end of the toy but he loves playing with it just as a toy as well. It is so easy to add another toy to the end of the red rope. While it is small, it is very sturdy. I was impressed with the quality of the rope and stick. It will also be great to travel with. The handle is not as comfortable as some of the larger flirt poles that have molded ergo handles, but it is just fine for short play time. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for something like this. At this price, especially with two toys, it is a great extra to have around.

I love Outward Hound products, so got this for my puppy that is a heavy chewer. He loved the plush squeaky toy, yet chewed through the plastic rope in the first session. The wand is well made, so I'll try drilling a hole and using a cotton rope instead. Not for heavy chewers.

My Border Collie is completely mad for this toy, he loves it. It’s sturdy and durable. The toy at the end gets slobbery and matted pretty quickly of course, personally I don’t mind this, and I’m actually impressed at the fact that the squeaker in mine is still working.

I wasn't sure how durable this would be, as it looks like a cat toy in the product listing. This is the MOST fun my 5 month old 40lb dog and I have had! It's extremely well made, and gives us hours of chase, catch, stalk puppy fun! When it's too hot and we can't talk long walks, (and even when we do) we play until he's almost exhausted and I have to convince him we're done. The only negative is that the furry lures are a bit fragile. My pup Noah is not rough on his furry toys, he's a nibber and not a shredder, but when he does catch it, we have a bit of tug of war. Unfortunately the first furry lure couldn't take the stress of tug of war. So with the second lure, we are a bit more careful. I highly recommend this toy, just remember the lures can't handle the tougher aspects of play. Hopefully the company sees this and considers creating a K O N G tough furry lure. I have ordered replacement furries, but other than that, great value for money!

I have had this toy for about a week now and my 12 week-old puppy absolutely LOVES it! She has seemingly infinite energy, and I was having difficulty finding ways to tire her out, especially because she hadn't had all of her puppy vaccinations yet and wasn't allowed to play with other dogs (which meant no dog park, no puppy class, etc.). I saw this toy when I was browsing Amazon and decided it was worth a try. Well, as I said earlier, my puppy absolutely loves it! I move it around the floor and she chases after it running full speed. It is by far the best way I have found to entertain her and tire her out inside the apartment, and the best part is that I don't have to run around like crazy: I can just stand (or even sit) in one spot and swing the toy around. She cannot get enough of it.As I stated before, I have only had this toy for about a week, I probably should mention that my puppy is only about 3-4 pounds; however, the toy seems to be extremely durable. A larger dog might be able to do some damage to the toy itself (just as they can with any other toy), but it does come with a replacement. Also, I love how thick and sturdy the rope is. For a puppy as small as mine, the rope part can sort of double as a rope toy, because it is definitely sturdy enough for a small dog to chew on it without you having to worry about them destroying it or swallowing pieces of it. I would guess that the toy is probably durable enough to use outdoors, but I have not tried that yet. Regardless, on days when the weather isn't conducive to playing outside, this toy is a phenomenal way to entertain your dog inside and get them to burn off some energy, even if you don't have a ton of space inside your home.Overall, I truly believe this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. You and your dog can get hours and hours of fun for a very reasonable price. I have made countless purchases on Amazon over the years, and this is the first time that I have ever taken the time to write a product review, which should tell you how much my puppy and I love this product. I would highly recommend this toy for anyone who has a puppy (or an adult dog that still has lots of energy and enjoys playing with toys), especially a smaller breed (like a Havanese, which is what my puppy is).
