Scale looks better than expected. Tried to test the accuracy with a dumbbell and it was 20 grams discrepancy which is impressive. It also comes with 2 batteries. Highly recommended.

I would give this a 5 star review as it seems to work well and an extra battery is included, which is a bonus. I only knocked it down a star because the weight only goes to 88lbs/40kg not the advertised 110lbs/50kg. Not a real big deal though as luggage for airlines is typically in the 50lb/22kg range. In reality I would never need to get to advertised max weight for my intended purpose. However, some people may use this scale for other purposes so I felt the need to let people know!

Great technology to help you know where you are for weight when packing. My wife overpacks, and traveling with a kid pushes us to the weight limit more often now than solo trips would. I recommend everyone family has one just in case.

Exactly what I needed and compact enough to throw in your suitcase for trips. At the ticket counter my bag weighed slightly more than I expected, but only 0.2 over the limit so no issues.

I Used it a Couple Times already and very Accurate and it has already Paid for itself!Last Time We Traveled, We got a $100 “Over Weight”Charge and Wish I had Purchased this Sooner!!! I’d like to Add, the Airline lowered their Baggage weight limits, from 50 to 40 lbs and We didn’t know it!!! Alway’s Check before You Go!!!!😀✈️

The only shortcoming is the lack of an audible signal that the scale has stabilized and a reading is ready.You have to look at the screen and wait for the HOLD message. But the good news is that with the screen in the center, it’s easy to read.Other brands have the screen at one edge where your hand will cover it when your weighing a fifty pound suitcase and need to hold the scale with both hands.I checked the accuracy several times against an known accurate scale, and it was only off by 0.3 pounds with a 34 pound suitcase.

What's to say? I used to have a cheap luggage scale from Ross which was accurate and never let me down. I Was always within a half pound when I got to the airport so I knew I could rely on it. I lost it one day and was kicking myself because these scales all seem to be hit or miss. I bought this one right before a trip and tried weighing one of my gym weights. It was accurate to within a half pound of the rated weight of the dumbbell (which itself can be off). I took that as a good sign and weighed my luggage before taking off to the airport and when we got there I was pleasantly surprised to find the airport scale showed the same weight.I do think these things are hit or miss but in my case it was a hit. I doesn't feel that flimsy and seems like it can hold at least 50lb which is the max I try to pack anyway. I probably wouldn't try to use it on anything that actually weighs it's claimed max capacity of 88lbs though.

Bought and used it for a trip to Europe. Our itinerary included a couple of flights with Ryanair, a low cost European airline notorious for being draconian with luggage size and weight (they charge extra for anything) and we wanted to bring back as much as we could. Weighed all luggage. The weights bounced a little as luggage swings about, but we made sure the read weight was at least 0.5 lbs under the maximum and had no problems with the airline.Easy to use and set the weight units. Comes with battery included. It has a strap to attach the luggage (loops through a luggage handle and hook back onto itself). It must be lifted by hand when weighting and their is no option to hang from something, so if you will have trouble lifting and holding the weight of your luggage while it takes the measurement, this won't be the scale for you.
