You never know you want this until you have it. My paintball was so heavy without it, and the quality is quite nice. Nothing feels cheap.

I must say that I'm surprised by the sturdiness and quality of this hose. Is working as expected, no leaks, the connectors are made of metal and the quick detach works perfectly. I'll definitely recommend it.
