Just estimating, but it took about 30 seconds to gel the liquid.There is only a very slight residual odor.This will be extremely useful for camping in a tent on a cold night with a disposable plastic container.

Long story short, we have a lake house/vacation home with only one bathroom and a questionable septic tank. We use portable "pee bags" often with kids and adults, and we're not new to outside "situations". I tested this powder twice in my condo (so you don't have to!), and it's great and as expected. Great for portable toilets using grocery bags for one-and-done applications outside or on a boat. I'm going to separate some of this for outside and some for the boat. Economical.

My pets have the occasional accident or will puke on my hardwood floors. It's important to get this mess up as soon as possible but this can be a disgusting chore. So I purchased this pee powder by Acticlear to see if this would make the job easier and got my first opportunity to try it on some cat puke right away. I was not 100% sure how to apply it so I just sprinkled a bit over the liquid let it for a jell then swept it up. I don't know if I did not add enough or if this is not a correct type of liquid for this product but it did not jell as I had hoped or expected. But I will keep it around to try it again. Otherwise this product will go in my camping supplies to be used whenever indoor plumbing is not an option.

This is so much easier than the little packets and is lasting much longer as well. Works just as well as any of the packets I've used and is much cheaper long term.

We camp quite a bit, and as the toilets are some distance away, we handle our own waste. Urine, being splashy, is particularly hard to move to appropriate disposal, so something like this powder is a great help. With it, you go, put some powder in the bag and bucket, close the lid, and you're done. You can use it about half a dozen times before it becomes uncomfortably heavy to carry. I use a urine diverter, to keep things seperate for tidyness. The powder is great stuff, and I am very happy to add it to my gear. Good value.

This is a great product, easy to use and works well to eliminate odors and solidify waste for easy removal and disposal. Happy to have the product, makes camping even better and will be buying more when this is gone. Overall, a good product that works as advertised and sold at comparable prices to other products on the market. Small container, takes up little space and directions easy to read and follow.
