The napkin font style & spacing of letters is nothing like the example pictures on the product page. As long as buyers understand they will be getting a different style font & spacing on the finished product this review will have hopefully helped in the decision of whether or not to purchase a set. We received a different version of these napkins for an upcoming wedding & everyone noticed right away that they looked nothing like the refined text & unique 1.5 spacing of the example pictures. We contacted the company to inquire as to why our napkins looked different from the ones represented on the Amazon webpage. After being told that there is a note somewhere in regard to this product that states the items pictured are "an approximate preview", I decided to write this review to let others know not to expect what is shown in the photos. As a buyer, I did expect the finished product to mirror the example pictures provided by the seller though. That said, the page clearly states "no refunds" so I wasn't holding my breath. I do however feel it necessary to make this problem known in the customer review section. The aforementioned note by the seller stating "display to be an approximate preview" is no where on the main Amazon product page but I suspect it is hidden somewhere in the "terms & conditions" information which buyers can read after clicking on a disclaimer tab and wading through the lengthy legal language on that page. I never did find that statement btw, but I'm sure it's in there somewhere, otherwise the seller would not have directly quoted it in their response to my inquiry. That said, we aren't expecting a refund but are writing this review to reflect our experience.It's not typical for me to write reviews, especially negative, but felt this warranted one. This is the first time ordering any item on Amazon that looked this differently from the example or prototype represented in the display. We are not thrilled with the napkins and expected the finished product to match the examples shown. That said, Canopy Street has the payment now & we have 400 napkins that are not what we thought they would be. It is what it is though and they are just napkins at the end of the day, but our Amazon review of the product reflects our disappointment so that buyers will know that the more refined & attractive picture/font style & spacing representation on the main product page are not what they will receive. The quality of the napkins are ok. They aren't as thick or soft & much more stiff than other cocktail napkins I have used in the past, but as long as they can soak up a bit of spilled beverage most people won't care or really notice before they toss them. As a consumer, my bottom line is I just want to receive what I believe I am buying & not something else that I likely would not have purchased had I realized it would be different from the seller's representation of it. Had I known this I would have gone with another company's product. It's as simple as that.

Personalized cocktail napkins for my son's wedding reception turned out beautifully. Could not believe how fast they shipped to us. I will definitely be ordering again from this vendor. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!!
