I bought a used Petlibro feeder and the tag included was bound to someone else’s account, so I couldn’t use the feeder. The new tag works excellent and it connected right away without any issues. It was also much cheaper than the one they sell in Canada for some reason so I’m super satisfied with the cost. The tag itself is very small and lightweight and doesn’t bother my cat whatsoever. I highly recommend this product.

We have 2 cats: one eats everything and one is passive about food. We bought it for the second cat. But she was very afraid of the door moving and the little sound. No one’s fault but we tried. We had it unplugged to let her get used to it after it scared her. We even tried to coax her closer and nope. Even picked her up and put her next to the thing and nope. But the person who I sold it to said she had no problems.

This is our 2nd collar because the first one was so loose that it came off. Does NOT stay properly-sized.

My younger cat is a menace and lost his original tag. we really should have purchased back ups when we originally bought the feeders but didn't think of it. I bought 4 of these, one for the replacement and 3 backups, and while waiting for them to come in ( 2 days) bought some regular rfid tags, which paired to the feeder but didn't open it.. returning them.the process for pairing this was as easy as it was the first time around, and now he can eat independently again without us manually opening it when feeding happens and closing it when he walks away so his glutton brother doesn't steal his food.I don't bother with the collar it comes with, I just hook it on his regular one.

My cat kept ripping the collar off and hiding it so this was an easy and quick way to rectify the issue of the feeder not opening! Not too expensive as a replacement item either.

This is for a replacement tag, not so you can have multiple animals using one feeder

I bought this to replace the original tags that came with our feeders. I’m so glad these were available as the original tag was huge in comparison. These are much smaller, with a QR code I can register my cat’s information on.I did not find registering the new collars as easy as the initial setup, but once I did it, they worked great.

This collar is not sized well for a cat. Plus it doesn’t hold the adjustment, so when the kitty scratches at it, it loosens, then your cat can get its jaw stuck under it. Thankfully I was home. And the dangling tag is heavy and all 3 of my cats hate it. Do NOT use the collar. I do like the design of the latch, but the adjustment function doesn’t work and the material frayed after a day as well. I’m now trying an Apple tag holder on another collar. The dangling tag makes it easy for the kitty to put their collar off no matter what latch it has. And the constant scratching and spinning their collar wears their fur off.The feeder works well. Even my scaredy-cat manages to use it one she got used to it moving. But having to engineer a new rfid tag situation is a pain. Also one tag was gone within 30 minutes, kitty hid it.
