The PetMate travel bowls come in handy. The felt at the bottom helps to ‘velcro’ the cups to the bottom and prevents the cups from tipping over. However the ‘ felt’ material gets wet every time the bowls are cleaned. Air drying when traveling is not a convenient option. Store wet and risk getting moldy? I suggest manufacturer finds a different solution to stabilize cups.

Loves these, for when we take our dog to a outside restaurant. So if it’s time to feed her, I just carry her food in a baggie & this in my purse. Then this just unzips & both sides pop open to the size of a medium size bowl. This is also great to take it on vacation too!!!

I was so excited to get his for a trip we were taking our dog on. The first day it seemed to work well but by the end of our 12 hour drive (after only stopping a few times) the plastic tore apart on the bowls just from folding it up to zip it back into the case. By the third day of our trip we were unable to use either bowl. I expected more from the product. I would have thought that our dog tore them up if I wouldn't have been physically watching him eat and drink to then immediately clean them and put them away. I couldn't even use them for our 12 hour drive home. Very disappointing.

We bought two of these to travel and they are fantastic. They clean easily, are compact, and the only downside is the felt pads on the backs slide on wood or tile.
