Good construction, quiet operation with no hum, very easy to install. Brought the fixture in my closet back to life with this easy swap-out. Very basic skill level required, such as, the ability to use a wire nut and a screwdriver. Philips is a big player in this sector and this is a quality item, not the cheapest available but I don't want to have to swap it out again in a year.
