I had ordered 20x20 to fit an 18x18 pillow cover. Unfortunately, it did not fit and got another one in 18x18 size. Much better! It fit perfectly and an overall nice pillow. Keeps its shape nicely and I like that it is made in the USA. I would recommend and will order from again.

Amazon didn't actually send the pillow I ordered and sent a different brand by mistake so I bought my pillow directly from this company. It is a great pillow and came in a box so it was not squished down to be puffed out later. It's very plump and the right firmness and I appreciate that they make a lot of different sizes.

Size is exactly what’s advertised! Nice fluffy structured pillow. Looks great, and high quality for the budget friendly price. Haven’t tried washing it, as it’s used for in a decorative pillow case but I would assume it would hold up well if washed in a machine or by hand.

These pillow inserts were what I was looking for. Wanted one that would fill king shams fully. By description these were it and made in USA.The inserts fill the pillow shams like I wanted. Unfortunately, each king size pillow was put into a small box. The pillow was folded in half and stuffed into the box. The folded crease shows under the sham and one is more full than the other which also shows.

The Pillowflex Premium 28x28 is absolutely worth the investment. What makes it stand out is its ideal density - substantial enough to hold shape but not overstuffed. The premium polyester fill stays evenly distributed and reaches every corner, unlike cheaper inserts that get lumpy or flatten quickly. Construction quality is excellent. At 28x28, it fits standard Euro shams perfectly for that professional, designer look.Definitely worth the premium price for a pillow insert that actually lasts and looks great.
