Seller Review:The seller I will rate on 100% as the product was sent timely and well packaged plus the addition of the charge pack was a nice touch. Was over the moon with watch as it was my real smart fitness tracker which I collected in transit through the US.Watch ReviewThe Good:The watched performed exceptionally and in line with my expectations for the 4-5 months as I spent quite a bit of time researching and selecting this model. Garmin's platform was intuitive and the watch tracked all my metrics and actually encouraged me to be more consistent on my fitness and running journey.The Bad:After the 4-5 month mark I'm not sure what happen or changed but user experience went downhill fast1. Syncing Challenges between Watch and I PhoneThe watch sporadically began to sync and disconnect over the course of a week.Following all the help and user guides on Garmin's website I disconnected the watch from phone and forgot the device, deleted Garmin connect as well., reset the watch. (pretty much tried it all) Since this I have not been able to reconnect my watch to my phone. Kinda useless with no access to the app.I even tried letting the battery die to see if this would help reset anything internally but Garmin's excellent battery life took about 2-3 week. Side eyeHowever the watch could still track workouts at that stage.2. SupportFrom Garmin's website and interactive chat took me through the same steps and stated they found it strange and I would need to record videos of my issues and send however as I'm based in out of the US getting the watch returned is a challenge. A watch of this price point should have easier support which is quite disappointing.3. OperationAs at today the watch froze mid-workout while entering weight and is refusing to power down or respond to any actions from the buttons. (I guess I will have to wait a month for the battery to die again)Also noticed without syncing the watch wasn't telling the correct time (not a good look for a watch)Synopsis:This watch performed exceptionally in the beginning and was slowly becoming my daily driver and provided every single metric I needed and more. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if this was a lemon but I'm exceptionally disappointed after the standard that was set in my first use and out of the box; added insult to injury is the cost of this time piece. This has me quite nervous on how to proceed with wearable fitness tech but wishing everyone else a better experience.Fingers crossed I find some recourse through this review.

I've had at least 12 garmin watches over the past 30 years of running and this one is the best. Awesome battery power life. Great display. Great add in apps for training. Band is comfortable. Fast GPS signal resolution - couple seconds.If I had one complaint it would be the sensitivity of the sleep (black screen) mode to wake up for a glance at the time. I've had to do minor gymnastics sometimes to just see the time. Or tap the screen twice to wake up.Otherwise Great. Got rid of my Fenix. Kept the Venu2 plus for ECG capability. Kind of cool but battery couldnt last 24 hr after a year.

Absolutely LOVE my watch! It was exactly what I ordered and I am blown away by the battery life! I wear it 24/7, use it for my sport activities, sleep with it and get all my notifications on it as well. I charged it more than 2 weeks ago and the battery is still on 10%!

Received Garmin 965 next day which is a day early. Well packaged. The added battery charger is a nice size and looks like a quality product. This is my 3rd Forerunner. I started with the 225, moved to the 245, and this is a significant upgrade. Screen is stunning and, if you've had a Forerunner before, you'll find all the menus familiar. Going for a run tomorrow to test it out. Purchase and set up so far has been great.

Amazing watch with beautiful display and so many features. Garmins are great fitness trackers and this one is just a new level up. Super fast shipping too. However, the included screen protectors didn’t work - the second layer of film refused to separate despite trying to use my thumbnail to peel it off. The whole pack went in the trash because each one was defective. Other than that, love it.
