This little hand saw comes in a black nylon pouch. Perfect to tuck into a backpack for a quick easy way to cut larger pieces of wood for firewood or bush crafting. Bought one for myself and 1 as a gift.

I got this to carry along on hikes in case I came upon a small tree down on the trail. I tried it on a old dead branch. It easily cut through the outer 1/4" of surface rot on the limb. Then when it got to the still solid heart wood, it quit cutting and jammed in the wood.My verdict is out until I have opportunity to try it out on a living wood tree.I had a chance to try this out on a small tree that a beaver had dropped onto a trail that I hike. It quickly cut through the branch until it got down to about 1" diameter and then it would jam. But by then, the limb was small enough to easily break the rest. So my verdict is that it is worth the investment.

I had a set of these from a different manufacturer for 20 years of abuse. They were sharper when I tossed them than these were fresh out of the box.

Great idea for those who don't or can't use petrol/electric chainsaw. Hard work, but very satisfying. Very effective.

I think this tool is really cool in theory, but unfortunately it is really inefficient and take a while to get through a 1in thick wood branch. But for looks and some handiness it is a pretty cool product. Overall would reccomend.

It worked way better than expected. The travel bag is also very handy to store it.
