Product Description

headphone amp
Headphone amp

Many laptops and phones have a weak audio output from their headphones or distort when you turn up the volume. External headphone amplifiers like these can solve (or reduce) this problem.

Excellent construction, strong structure.

The multi-colored (red/blue) charging indicator on the back is convenient and can be charged for several hours.

Micro USB makes it easy to find a charger.

NOTE:

  • DAC is not supported.
  • Microphone input is not supported.
  • Does not work with wireless Bluetooth headphones or earbuds.
  • Sound quality depends on the source.
  • There is a low/high gain switch, so if you are running low on sound, make sure to turn it to high.
  • Do not charge when using, otherwise there will be a little static electricity.
  • Make the existing sound signal very loud, so you should use caution and turn the volume back appropriately.

FAQ:

Q: It is turned to the maximum, but the volume is still not loud enough. What should I do?

A: Our product is designed with a gain switch which can be set to H position if the sound is not loud enough.

Q: My headphone impedance is 200Ω. It can work?

A: According to our design theory, the product can support a headphone with 16-300 Ω impedance. Therefore that is completely OK.

Q: Does USB have a decoding function?

A: USB of this product only has a charge function, does not have OTG decoding function.

You can purchase the related products of our company if you need a encoding function.

Q: All cables are connected, but there is no audio output?

A: 1. Please check the power indicator is on, if not, turn the potentiometer on.

2. If the power indicator lights, check that the VOL knob is in the smallest state, if it is, and it is normal to rotate clockwise in the minimum state.

3. If both of the above are normal, check whether the audio source playback device is paused, muted, or the volume is minimal.

Q: The device can work, but the intensity of music is not well?

A: The battery output is not enough and needs to be charged.

Q: Why the headphone has a big buzzing sound when the input line is connected but not play?

A: When an unshielded signal line is empty, an interference signal will enter the amplifier and be amplified. If you dislike the sound, we suggest you replace the shielded signal line or unplug the signal line.

I was not getting enough sound through software means on my gaming PC, so I tried this out. IT. WORKS. GREAT! Boosted sound levels to where I wanted them (note: careful, protect your ears!). Charge lasts a long time, and it does not take all that long to get to full charge. It is good-looking too, nice brushed metal case! Good price as well, not going to break your bank like a graphics card, so buy it! :)

Works great so far! I use it when I switch my TV audio over to headphones to ensure my condo neighbors aren't being disturbed by my late evening TV watching. Catching dialoge tends (for me) to require higher sound volume, which normally wouldn't be an issue, but then when a commercial comes on, it's easily way too load again.

I wasn't getting enough volume out of my monitor into some external speakers, it increased the volume about 50% or so. It should be noted that this is not a preamp, it will not significantly increase the gain on anything. It's more like doubling the inherent volume of an old transistor radio. Which is sometimes exactly what one needs. Not sure how long this little gizmo will last, it feels a bit tinny but working ok at the moment.

I purchased a small low end keyboard so that I may practice the piano when traveling. I needed a small keyboard as I couldn't carry a large one. I practice with a headset so as not to wake up my friends, but the sound was so soft that I struggled to hear what I was playing. I went to Guitar Center and all of their headphone amps were huge and expensive, designed for professionals. This headphone amp is small enough to fit in my case and weighs practically nothing. Inexpensive but most importantly it works! I can hear what I am playing very clearly and I never needed to switch to the high gain setting (Hi gain adds some more Dbs). The sound is exactly as the keyboard produces only loud enough so that I can clearly hear it. It is just what I needed and works very well.

I purchased this to add extra power and the ability to easily control volume with my iPhone. I'm currently using this amp with KZ zs10 Pro IEMs when I'm riding my spin bike. For me this amp and IEM combo works GREAT and is an excellent value. I have used Topping and Fiio headphones amps, along with numerous headphones, in the past but found this to be just as good but less expensive. I will say that I'm listening to streaming radio stations, Digitally Imported (DI.FM), iTunes, personal recordings, and YouTube music (high energy workout stuff) so not super high quality sources. Very pleased with purchase and recommend this amp unless you really need top notch audiophile components.

I bought this to supplement my Sennheiser HD 598s, an open backed headphone that sounds great except they could use a little more bass. My old amp, an inexpensive Brainwavz (if only they still made these) gives me that extra bit of bass, plus a little volume. Unfortunately the 3.m mm ports have gotten unreliable. This unit is solidly built, and the volume knob feels good. It's lightweight and small. The included connecting cables are cloth covered, a nice touch. And it definitely increases the volume by a very noticeable amount. So if that's your main issue, then this might work for you. But it does not add to the bass at all and to me it sounded as if the treble had been emphasized, creating a harsh, brassy sound. I didn't listen to them for 5 minutes before deciding to return them. But remember, this is only one person's opinion and ears, and sound is subjective, so take it for what it's worth.

What i like: it has rechargeable battery that lasts a good while. Its small and easily fits in my glove box. It can boost the low frequencies, or the high frequencies. Micro USB makes finding a charger easy. What I don't car for: I forget to turn it off all the time and go to use it and battery is dead. I know its my fault, but an auto turn off would be nice. When boosting the high frequencies, it lacks in the bass area big time. And if you have a system in your car its a big deal.Overall: first of all its nice and worth it. 99% of ppl would be more than happy with the product. It deff boosts the sound in my Mercedes-Benz much louder. My aux input is so quiet for some reason. And its in my glove box so I forget to turn it off all the time. But its a great overall product.
