These are the best gel dampeners I have ever purchased. Usually they come in a bag, or a cheezy jewel box. SlapKatz gives you a very cool and very functional container. I love the different sizes and the adhesion is great. If you need a dampener for your kit, I definitely recommend SlapKatz!!

I used these for a drum recording I did for a band. Exactly what was needed for the job. The different sized dampeners are perfect. Used the large one for the floor tom, small one for the rack tom, and the middle size for the snare. I used just what I needed to reduce drum overtones, not kill them. Although, you could if you wanted to with these.These work great!

For a standard 5 piece trap set, one package was not enough. However, I knew that I would require more due to the varying sizes in each pack so I initially purchased 2 sets. The recommended placement patterns provided the guidance to maximize performance and sound quality. Product exceeded my expectations.

I used the dampeners for a new drum set that I bought, the drum heads had allot of ring to them, I tried the dampeners, they had am immediate positive effect. The price was reasonable, they were easy to use and most importantly they work. I would recommend them. Good product, Good price.

This is my second time purchasing SlapKlatz gels. One of the only drum gels out there that comes in multiple colors and their new ones are non toxic, they also don’t leave nearly as much gunk behind as other gels. It makes a world of difference being able to experiment with which gels you want for which drum and where on the drum you will put them. They are also very easy to clean and if you are careful and go a good while without loosing their stick. I tour with the band Ol’ Scratch here in Colorado and I have been using them for a couple years and have yet to be dissatisfied. I recommend these if you are looking for something a little more slick on your heads, and the size of the case makes it easy for you to get to that one sticky gel you really want to use-since they are all laid out. This is my favorite dampener to use. I have tried a few other brands and stuck with Slapklatz .They do the job efficiently without killing the tone of the drum.I found out that if you never remove them from the drums , the edge of the dampener will peel off a little bit after you wash them.This is my second box because i have couple gears bag for my different kits so it works well to have one in each bag.Keep up the good work Slapklatz, I appreciate your business 👍🏾👍🏾

I found these mufflers to be very good. The variety of 3 sizes in the pack is very convenient for getting the right amount of focus without deadening to much tone. The flat case is also nice. Solid enough to last, and flat enough to fit in the pocket of a stick bag smoothly. I also like that the clear plastic separators can be left on the top, as tacky mufflers easily pick up lint, dust or sticks shavings inside cases. Everything about this product seems to be well thought out for working drummers on the go... I plan to stick with these, and would recommend them.
