You get what you pay for. After having had used traditional needle drivers for most of my career I wanted a cheap way to try this sort of needle driver out. I bought one of these. They’re nice but the locking mechanism doesn’t always disengage properly. You need to squeeze them and then push one of the handle parts off to the side a little to get them to unlock.Nice to try but difficult to use.

The scissors and forceps are satisfactory. I purchased the products for eye surgery for non-human primates in Africa, and needed a set to include a CV needle holder and small forceps. I had to order CV needle holder from another seller. Seller not cooperative. Please change your description.
