I don't really like this product very much. With that being said , it works fine. Here is what I do not like about that product. First, the directions are tiny, confusing and unclear. It is very difficult to see what button you should be pressing to activate what feature. I managed to set the day and time more from trial and error than from the directions. I still haven't quite figured out how to properly adjust the lights. On top of it all, the lights around that clock are so bright that it is impossible to see the controls. I had to shine a flashlight on them -- even in the light, just to figure out how to turn off the lights.Second, the light modes make no sense. None of them is the least bit soothing or relaxing. Most of them flash red and blue and make me feel like there is a police car raiding my bedroom. The others are strobing or chasing. The colors are very bright primary colors and I just don't understand why they would choose those particular colors and modes for an alarm clock. Luckily you can turn them completely off (although I could not repeat the way I did that because I am not sure how the controls work. )Third, the construction is all plastic and lightweight. Since it needs to be plugged in to use it ay little tug at the cord will send the clock flying. As well, the battery compartment on the back is very hard to get out and I managed to damage the soft plastic just in checking the battery. With that being said, it does work and I love that it has the room temperature as well. While I am sleeping I can just roll over and look up to see the time and room temp. Its great. Honestly, its the bells and whistles that make this just a satisfactory clock. Too many controls, too many lights.

The clock is much too difficult to set up.... the projection focus isn't clear, despite trying various distances.Pushing this button for 3 seconds, then pushing this other button, and trying to read the instructions with a magnifying glass....too much of a drill. I ordered another unit, and it was a joy to set up and use without any craziness. This Chinese projection clock is not worth the money. Tossed it into the trash.

I ordered this alarm clock for my 17-year-old son who needs to learn to wake himself up without relying on me. Unlike most teens who use their phones as alarms, I make my kids turn them in at night for various reasons. Hence, my son needed an alarm clock. I've tried other alarm clocks, but he claims they don't wake him up. So, an extra loud one with flashing lights would do the trick, and it did!! I will say, that the flashing lights are very annoying to me. While trying to figure out how to set it, I couldn't turn the lights off, and they were so bright that I could not see the print on the clock. I gave up on the first try but took a break, calmed down, and later, I tried again and got it done. A cool feature is that it can project the time on the wall or ceiling. It also has the ability to set several different times for different days, which is nice. For example, he can set the time for school days and a different time for church. It also comes with a button battery, so you have a backup in case of a power outage. The screen is a mirror image, but my son doesn't care about that, though others might. Another feature my son likes is that he can charge his Airpods on the clock, killing two birds with one stone. This clock has many features, some of which we may not have discovered yet, so I would say it is an excellent clock. The only reason I took off a star was that the lights were so annoying and hard to figure out how to turn off. I felt the instructions were not as straightforward as they could be for us old folks. But, considering the numerous features, the price is very reasonable. And so far, my son is waking up daily without my assistance, so mission accomplished!

This is a pretty cool clock. It includes lots of colored lights that move in neat patterns. It also projects both the time and temperature on the ceiling or wall in red. I love being able to glance up at the ceiling in the night to know what the time is, and the red light is less likely to wake up my brain, so I can get back to sleep easier than with other colors of light. There are two different alarms, which comes in handy. My only issue is that the controls are not all intuitive. Granted, I never looked at the instructions and have been able to use the clock just fine in general. However, it took me nearly 10 minutes to figure out how to shut off the alarm before it went off and woke the kids when a snow day was called. Something like that should be really simple to do, without the need for written instructions.

The projector and the led light up colors were a huge hit with my kiddos! It’s easy to use and wakes them up every morning.

This clock got a few negative reviews from people who either didn't read or weren't able to understand the manual. The disco light show can be shut off and all the other functions still display and work as they're supposed to; you just have to use the correct settings. I like having the projection on my ceiling and have reversed the view so its easy to read when lying on my back -- that's a neat feature that I wish I wasn't using as much as I do (meaning I'm sleeping instead of staring at the ceiling). If I'm going to pick nits, I've slept through the alarm about half the times I've used it, so it could be even louder than it is for heavy sleepers (I always set multiple alarms). The buttons aren't as user friendly or intuitive as they could be, both for setting operations and finding the slumber button in a groggy haze. And finally, the temperature read out isn't as sensitive to Fahrenheit movements as it could be, so you'll find it's off by a degree or two at times. Otherwise, this is nice, multi-function clock at a great price (currently ~$14).
