Product is fine, however, I've bought 2 of these and both times the box was messed up. What is happening for the box to be caving in both times?

I do not usually write a bad review but this warrants one, it is a toy for kids, the only thing that works is the siren, the megaphone when you talk makes a skreech sound and when too far no sound, should have looked at the size when ordered, even a kid would have trouble holding handle and maybe unit would be 5 inches long, should have returned it but was having three young kids over might be fun, they were not impressed

Volume is not so good, slight amplification. Good enough for a small conference room / hall. I did not test but I guess, this may be very ineffective outdoors as volume will fall out. And in doors, I am getting feedback as well (the repeating echo sound). I keep it as it's low cost & can live with it.

You should really use a realistic pic in the ad. It's teeny tiny.
