I have an older style Cutler Hammer electrical breaker box. These 'blunt' screws were the closest thing I could find on Amazon to replace a lost screw. Happy to report that these DO fit in my Cutler Hammer box (your box may differ). The threading on these is tigher than the factory screws, but a few more turns and the box cover is secure. Good value for the quantity of these harder to find / specialty screws. I know they are designed for server/IT racks, but I can't speak to their suitability for the intended use.

Like these bolts , they have ends that do not puncture the wiring and cause issues. Always have a tap with you as well to re-thread, as some non-electricians use metal plate screws when they loose one of these.

It's a good match for breaker box covers but the head needs to be a little bigger like a truss head. But it did the job.

They're a standard length and thread pitch. I only wished they had a square drive, star or hex. Philips sucks and tends to cam out by design...
