I had my original one for three years and I know how to handle these. This one broke in the first week which is insane for me to think about. I definitely do not recommend this product.

Works well as a replacement for my Garmin Dezl OTR700. Would give 100 stars if I could. I seemingly keep misplacing these though and have had to reorder several times and I am never disappointed.

The very first time I snapped the suction mount into the Garmin bracket one of the little plastic tabs that holds the ball secure broke off but will still work until a few more tabs brake off which mind you the original bracket that came with the unit took awhile (over a year) for the tabs to brake off causing the ball not to hold in place and that is why I bought 4 sets of these because everything today is made crapy and cheap
