I bought this as a gift for my daughter. It is modern, yet very traditional. Just what I was looking for. The recipe cards are pretty and functional. Lots of writing room. I am very pleased with my purchase. Very good value for the money. I woukd definitely purchase again.

I received one of these as a birthday gift from my niece and loved it so much I bought one for my daughter for a bridal shower gift. I used mine at her bridal shower to collect recipes from the guests. But used different recipe cards (not the ones included). It looked so beautiful. It’s made of solid wood and is extremely sturdy. The leather pull is a really nice touch. It also comes with a notch on the lid to hold a recipe while you’re cooking. As in the description, It comes with dividers and lots of blank recipe cards. I expect it to last a lifetime. Just love it so much. I looked on Amazon to see if there was a better one out there just in case but I could not find anything even close. Get it. I feel the price is a great deal! It’s well worth it!!!

Box is nice quality wood, hinges, and toggle. Appears exactly as pictured. Cards are thicker card stock. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the layout of the cards is not as nicely organized for legibility.

This was such a cute gift for my housewarming party, and having everybody write down a recipe for me. The box is very cute and sturdy with a good magnet and handle, and the slit is perfect for holding the cards. They came with some dividers for different types of recipes.

This box is exactly as shownExtremely solid with magnetised leather strapColour as shown(Not yellowish like other reviews have mentioned in the past)The only suggestion I would give the manufacturer is not to jam the recipe cards in, possibly have something that'll keep them upright in the box.Like bubble wrap or something like it.I had to use a spatula to lift them up from the bottom, as they were pretty jammed in there made the edges creased.They're perfectly fine now, so not worth losing a star over.Would highly recommend this recipe box
