I prefer to support local businesses however the local Red Line retailer couldn't be bothered to help me find the fluid I needed. Replaced OEM front and rear differential gear oil in my 2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited with Red Line 75W85 gear oil. Toyota specification is listed on the bottle. Differential noise, present since I purchased the vehicle new, has gone away.

For Pete's sake (slippery Pete that is) why can't the bottle makers be held to a standard for the sizing of the bottle openings. While the slippery Pete pump can still be used, it would be nice if I could have had a threaded option for stability. this is the oil you want to use if you have a toyota 4x4 and calls for this weight gear oil .it is enough to do the rear at 3.9 qts and the front is a little over 2qts so basically get 6qts for the job i have a 2017 toyota tundra

I drive a 2015 tundra, the specs call for 3.8 qtrs. for the rear diff. I order a gallon and still had to buy another qt. Wasup with that....
