Definitely recommend. Easy to use with a ton of features. Very functional and compact so is easy to transport. USB port makes it easy to conect to iPad. Great fun. You won’t be disappointed.

Seit ich den Reloop Buddy habe, hat sich mein Leben komplett verändert – und nein, das ist keine Übertreibung! Dieser kleine DJ-Controller hat mich mit meinem iPad zu einem echten Beat-Zauberer gemacht. Früher konnte ich gerade mal halbwegs im Takt klatschen, und jetzt lege ich auf, als wäre ich der uneheliche Neffe von David Guetta und Skrillex. 🎧🔥Dank der superintuitiven Bedienung mixe ich Tracks, die Leute glauben lassen, ich hätte heimlich jahrelang DJ-Kurse besucht. Neulich auf einer Party hab ich aus Versehen einen Beat gebaut, der so gut war, dass jemand gefragt hat, ob er das gleich auf Spotify packen darf. 😂Das Beste: Ich hab jetzt ein absolutes Ass im Ärmel bei jeder langweiligen Familienfeier. Mein Onkel, der sonst nur Schlager hören will, hat bei einem spontanen Remix von ABBA und Dr. Dre angefangen, Luft-Drums zu spielen. Seither bin ich offiziell der DJ der Familie.Der Reloop Buddy hat mir nicht nur gezeigt, wie man fette Tracks mixt, sondern auch, dass ich mit ein paar Knöpfen und einem iPad die Stimmung jeder Party retten kann. Wenn du denkst, du hast keinen Rhythmus – hol dir das Teil, und du wirst Sachen kreieren, die dich selbst schocken. Es ist wie Magie, nur mit Bässen!

so i wanted to like this little controller for portability sake. Said that here some issues which made me return my unit.1. I have static sound when the headphones connected even no music was playing and that static noise got worse when faders got moved2. The sound output over the RCA cable is bad. It is usable at lower levels but don't expect to turn up the volume since it will distort3, The groove to hold the IPA is a nice touch but it be nicer if it had some additional grip or maybe some lever on the back so when you place the iPad inside it won't easy tilt over when you touch the iPad or some strong wind blows it awaySuggestion. Since this unit is marketed to portability why not have a bluetooth option for sending the music to bluetooth speakers and allow pre-cue with bluetooth headset rather than have cables hanging off the side. Connection the iPad to the controller via short cable is no issue, but it's very easy for someone to trip over the RCA cable connecting to an amp and take down your controller and worse drop potential an iPad Pro on the floor same time

This device’s popularity & fame comes from using it with AI Djay App which is only available for Apple devices, but it is an awesome application and the buddy works seamlessly with it, although it can take some time to get switching and remembering when you have to touch the screen and what you can do with the controller, (cuz you can’t control everything with the controller). One you get this down it is a very fun device! BUT….If using an apple device specifically an iPad with USB-C lightning there is an issue that causes buzz on the outputs and if the iPad is fully charged its more noticeable. I reached out to Reloop and they mentioned that using an Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter will mitigate the issue. So do be aware of that if buying to use with iPad, which is basically the point of this controller! 🤨

Nice controller, cheaply made. Doesn’t work well with DJ AI Pro. Should be 1/2 the price. Stay away….

I wanted to love this, but it is very cheaply made and NOT worth over $300! Some of the controls don't work well with DJ pro ai. Very disappointed.

Love it!! I only wish it had a Bluetooth option. I use this mostly around the house to organize tracks, play-around with beats/mixing combos and ideas. Being wired slows /affects my free floating.
