  • 1-3/32 inch width x 1-7/16 inch height Square end Ports; Mopar (Slant 6) 170, 198, 225, 1-3/32" x 1-7/16" Square End Ports (Includes Riser Gasket), 2 Piece Set
  • Remflex exhaust gaskets come in a standard 1/8 inch thickness and are designed to crush 50 percent allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch
  • There are no rubber binders or composite materials in Remflex exhaust gaskets so they will not shrink or harden due to time or temperature eliminating the need to go back and continually retighten your flange bolts
  • Fit type: Universal Fit

Fits: 170 Car ('60-'71) Truck ('60-'69), 198 Car ('70-'74) Truck ('70-'73), 225 Car ('60-'83) Truck ('60-'87). See Part Number 6008b for Individual Riser Gasket. Remflex Exhaust Gaskets are soft and compressible so the suggested torque for each gasket, which is generally much lower than factory torque, is listed on the back of each package. Remflex is made in the USA so as to control every step of the manufacturing process guaranteeing a superior product that you can rely upon. Remflex's unique flexible graphite material has been proven for more than 30 years in industrial applications, where temperatures routinely exceed 2000 degrees-day after day, week after week, year after year. For over 10 years Remflex has been bringing this technology to automotive enthusiasts of all kinds to eliminate exhaust leaks for good. Experience has shown that no gasket "should" be reused if you want a reliable seal, therefore Remflex do not sell or market gaskets as reusable even though it have been told that they have been reused successfully in the past. Do not use sealants of any type with Remflex gaskets. The sealant burns out rapidly leaving a gap which creates an exhaust leak. Remflex Exhaust Gaskets are good to 3000 degrees which far exceeds the temperature rating of any sealant.

The product itself is excellent and have used it multiple times with 0 issue. The packaging that this comes in is horrible this is the 2nd time I tired to get a decent one but every time it is damaged and have to resort buying it from the company itself. The packaging is a box with 1 single crumbled up paper with 0 protection on the top or bottom for when its thrown around by the carrier.

This is the third time I have ordered this gasket in the hopes it will show up undamaged. If there was an alternative gasket for this engine that worked as well as everyone says this does I would buy it in a heartbeat. My car has had an exhaust leak for weeks because I cannot get a gasket that isn't sheared/bent/broken in some way.Overall I am very disappointed with remflex due to their awful packaging. From the photos it looks like the second part of the gasket actually moved under the plastic until it hit the end and broke the main gasket.EDIT: The fourth time it came in undamaged and I was able to use it. True to their word it seals like no other. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars.

This is an amazing gasket! No worries about minor warpage on your manifolds. Sealed everything up nice and tight.

After several used exhaust manifolds on my old Dodge D-100 I could not get the proper seal at the junction where the intake and exhaust manifolds join. I bought a new exhaust manifold. At the same time I ordered the Remflex gasket set. Works as well as possible, no leaks or other related problems. No problems installing other than the usual hard to get at lower nut.Instructions MUST be followed as to torquing sequence and cleaning surfaces.

I've used Remflex gaskets a few times in the past and I cannot recommend them enough. They're very nice quality, and their thickness means they can seal warped and rusted flanges without skipping a beat. Their only downside is that they cannot be re-used. Otherwise they're my favorite exhaust gaskets ever.
