Your cart is empty.Remflex exhaust gaskets are soft and compressible so the suggested torque for each gasket, which is generally much lower than factory torque, is listed on the back of each package. Remflex's unique flexible graphite material has been proven for more than 30 years in industrial applications, where temperatures routinely exceed 2000 degrees-day after day, week after week, year after year. For over 10 years Remflex have been bringing this technology to automotive enthusiasts of all kinds to eliminate exhaust leaks for good. Experience has shown that no gasket should be reused if there is want for a reliable seal, therefore Remflex do not sell or market their gaskets as reusable even though they have been told that they have been reused successfully in the past. Do not use sealants of any type with the gaskets. The sealant burns out rapidly leaving a gap which creates an exhaust leak. Remflex exhaust gaskets are good to 3000 degrees which far exceeds the temperature rating of any sealant.

I have a 92 Honda accord 2.2L I got headers and exhaust for it and COULD NOT STOP THE EXHAUST LEAK. Tried 10-15 different “gaskets” the cheap Chinese ones. Tried “make a gasket” tried high temp RTV. Pretty much anything I could think of but read another customers review and hoped for the best. I have to say only time will tell but the material the gasket is made out of is not like the cheap gaskets. It’s made it one day so far, I’ll update as time goes on. The previous gasket didn’t make it 5miles so this already has surpassed others. I might finally not have a headache while driving… lol

I had a good stainless header (no amazon/ebay spl) that was removed from another car. I daily drive this car and therefore, need reliability over all else. Remflex is one of those companies you can count on to provide top tier quality regardless of application. Im currently using both mid flange and cyl head flange header gaskets and couldnt be more impressed. Id bet even a junk header might be passable with these installed!

I had a good stainless header (no amazon/ebay spl) that was removed from another car. I daily drive this car and therefore, need reliability over all else. Remflex is one of those companies you can count on to provide top tier quality regardless of application. Im currently using both mid flange and cyl head flange header gaskets and couldnt be more impressed. Id bet even a junk header might be passable with these installed!

there was 2 gaskets in the package! the material seemed kinda soft when i first handled it.. but after torquing to recommended specs i’ve had 0 exhaust leak and i haven’t even thought twice about it.. put this on a dna 4-2-1 header for 96-00 civic.. the original gasket it came with leaked from first start up and i had a nice even layer of permatex red on it, and no matter what i did it would always leak in a day. also made my own gasket to try to fix the leak, but that lasted less than a week.. ive had this gasket on for almost a month now and i have no thought of whether its still holding! do yourself a favour and get this gasket for your own peace of mind!the only thing that was negative was when i was installing the gasket, its a really snug fit around the bolts.. i had to make sure to be careful and to install it perfectly straight and to push up on the gasket evenly as i said earlier, the material seems quite soft before you install it.. im actually wondering how it will be when i take it apart to recoat the ceramic.. but i bet it will be solid! either way it came with two so no worries.
