The fresh water tank was leaking. There didn’t appear to be anything wrong with the original part but I replaced it per the online video. There are no more leaks.

Do BOT go buy a new Little Green Machine if your is leaking without trying this first! If you're like me, you accidentally misplaced/threw out the tiny straw part when you were refilling the cleanser side and suddenly your machine is leaking everywhere. Don't fret! Buy this and you have a brand new machine, right as rain. I also bought a new brush accessory and now I feel like I have a brand new machine for a fraction of replacing the entire unit.
