My company installed a few of these and I really like the fact that I can use the company keycard or my iPhone itself or the tiny sticker on the bottom corner of my phone.  We are going keyless in the office and I like the fact that I can use my phone to unlock or check the battery life.  It wasn't often, but previously when I forgot my key, I'd have to drive all the way home and get it.  This new lock pretty much guarantees I won't ever have to do that again.
