Featuring an innovative design, the metal tube cutter has 12 individual bearings that replace traditional rollers. These bearings create a smoother cut and allow for increased speed around the tube. Also helping to deliver a smoother cut, the specially designed stainless steel cutter wheel contains bearings in the hub, decreasing drag around the tube. The wheel is precision-machined from high-grade steel and engineered for long life and maximum cutting accuracy. The tubing cutter has a contoured frame allowing easy alignment while making a cut adjustment, and a large, ergonomic X-CEL knob that allows a firmer grip so you can cut tubing quickly and easily. This steel tube cutter has a 1/4-inch to 2-5/8-inch cutting capacity. For use with replacement cutter wheel model E-635 29973. This tool is a bit pricey at nearly $100 but well, well worth every penny.The bearings are smooth, the cutting wheel sharp (comes with an extra in the handle) and it makes very precise cuts in Stainless steel.I wish I had bought this sooner!

First off the quality is great it held up to the abuse. I use it to cut thin wall stainless tubing and it's a straight even cut every time.

Lo strumento si presenta solido e ben fatto. Lo utilizzo per tagliare principalmente tubi in acciaio inox e fino a 3mm di spessore non ha alcun tipo di problema. Il taglio risulta preciso.Nel caso di uso intensivo su acciaio inox consiglio comunque di acquistare a parte delle lame di ricambio.Voto 5 stelle

Very well designed and constructed. The design makes it easy to position the cutting blade exactly where you want the cut, as well as to obtain square, even cuts. Much better than any other cutter I’ve used. It’s pricey, but well worth the cost.

Good quality cutter that works on Copper tubing and cuts copper like butter. The ball bearings keep the tube turning without effort. Gave it 4 stars because this particular cutter is made in China.

I needed this to cut down the too-tall stainless steel table legs on my two 30 x 96 tables (12 legs total). This WORKED LIKE A CHARM!!! I was worried I wouldn't have enough hand strength or that it would "walk" too much to cut straight. THIS WAS EASY AND ACCURATE!!! LOVE IT!!!
