These rivet nuts work as well as any other I have used. The set is nice to have on hand and covers a decent amount of sizes. The case arrived damaged and the assortment of nuts in the amazon bag. Needs a better case of to be shipped in a box.

Having a case that is labeled both inside and out is the first useful thing I noticed about these. However, once I got the size I needed, they seemed to rivet into place and hold quite well and have stood up well to the torque of wrenching bolts into them. Overall, I'm quite happy with the quality of these.

First of I want to say it’s a nice kit and the metric rivet nuts are good quality. I have 2 issues Amazon is to blame for the first as they cracked the case during shipping and now I have a big hole in the corner of one of the sides. Now the manufacturer could have taped the lid so that it doesn’t pop open during shipping so I had an Amazon envelope full of 260 pieces to organize, not cool.

These are great fasteners for thin gauge materials or square or round tubing, They're good for anything that's too thin or brittle to be tapped. There are tons of uses for these and this is a great set with 260 pcs and 7 sizes. They can even be used in wood; I used these in the past to make a moving dolly. I wanted a moving dolly but I wasn't satisfied with the quality of what HF was selling so I bought a good set of casters and some good wood and I wanted the fasteners to be nearly flush under the carpeted sections so I used rivet nuts with reenforcing washers to anchor the caster bolts and while it cost me about the same as the HF dolly my moving dolly is far stronger with better casters. I think I paid about fifty five cents apiece for the rivet nuts at true value, I wish I had seen this set back then.
