This product worked well. The smell is not bad just odd. My only issue with the product is it was shipped without a lid. So once opened to use I had no way to close it. Other than that it did clean my carpet really well.

I really like that you can purchase this product ready ito use in a spray bottle and/or in concentrated form for your carpet cleaner. The product has no color and the scent is not floral but it does does have a slight scent until it dries (not bad or overpowering, in my opinion). We love the spray bottle for the pee pad misses our Yorkie manages leave for us to clean up...just follow the instructions on the bottle. I have ordered this product several times and have never had package leakage.We are both very satisfied with this product!

This is a really great purchase because it's so easy to use. The deep cleaning action is impressive, working wonders on rugs and even upholstery. I particularly liked how it removes pet odor without leaving any residue behind. It's safe for pets, which is really important to me. What's more, it's also very effective on stains. I highly recommend it to all pet owners out there!

This stuff is AMAZING!.. It doesn’t have a super strong scent like most pet urine removers.. but it WORKS!.. I used it for the first time yesterday, and I cannot smell a single drop of pet urine today. I used a UV light to see where the urine stains were and used to nozzle attachment on my carpet cleaner to spray them before I cleaned the carpet with the carpet cleaner, and I could see the stains go from glowing under the UV light before I sprayed them to not glowing at all as I sprayed them with this stuff. I cleaned the carpets with the carpet cleaner after spraying the stains and then checked the carpet with the UV light once I’d finished and there is not a single urine stain on the carpets at all. I’ve used the other product from this brand before and it’s also been awesome, but isn’t an actual carpet shampoo, so I was super happy when I saw they’d made a carpet shampoo.. and it really does work!.. I have 3 dogs and a cat, and I like to keep the carpets clean and fresh smelling, and this is the absolute best product I’ve found for carpets. I haven’t even vacuumed the carpet yet, to finish the treatment, as they’re still drying, but I can tell you that there isn’t a scent or stain of urine left at all, even though I still need to vacuum. Absolutely worth it!

I’m so sorry I didn’t take a before picture. I never do reviews but was this impressed with the results. I got this to clean my carpet because my dog is an a-hole. Cute but the little brat peed on the other side of my room and I wanted to get it clean and sanitized. I really like the spot remover and i decided this would be great for a bigger deep clean.But the doorway: this was practically black from foot traffic. The carpet was a different color just right here. There was a spot where I stepped on a packet of sauce and didn’t get it up. Deeply ingrained black gross stain. I was thinking about getting a rug to hide it. So I put some of the spot treatment down on the worst spots and ran my bissell over it. Look at it! You can’t tell there was ever a problem. That’s remarkable. 10/10 will continue to buy. Holy crap it’s impressive.Additionally the lack of soapy residue isn’t there. The carpet feels like clean carpet not that weird forgot to rinse kinda stiffness.

I love the scent - its my favorite of all the brands I've purchased because of my retarded cat. It seems to do a pretty good job according to my black light as well. The only reason it lost a star is that I think you need more product for that price - its pretty high - especially for people like us with an old cat who's apparently forgotten where to pee. But he still uses it for bowel movements - which is strange.Anyway, enough about el retardo - this is a good product and I recommend it highly. I just wish I got more.
