I've been using Rollo labels since I first purchased my Rollo thermal printer several years ago and they have been excellent the entire time. I am loyal to this brand and will keep repurchasing for the foreseeable future.

These labels feed nice and clean, stick well, just have not had any real issues with them. Dependable for our use, which we use them for packages all over the USA.

I just finished up a big roll of an off brand and decided to get the official rollo brand this time. They are printing much better than the off brand did. Perfect actually. The previous ones printed a little blotchy, these are solid black. Worth the couple extra bucks.

This label maker saved my small business!!!I used to use the DYMO 4XL and later the 5XL. Both of those printers were junk and cost me dozens of hours in lost time and thousands of dollars just for their special labels. Plus, a LOT of curse words fell out of my mouth while trying to print labels on those terrible printers, effectively wasting 100’s of them.Enter ROLLO!!! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing printer!!! I don’t think I can adequately describe how impressed I am with this product, but I will try.I received it quickly, it was a breeze to set up (NO software needed) and BONUS… it will use any type of label (Unlike the other guys). The ROLLO prints 100s of labels at a time quickly and quietly, without jamming up or skipping labels. Their fan labels are also incredibly inexpensive compared to others!!! I am getting 1000 for the price of 220 DYMO labels!!Shipping orders has never gone smoother or been easier than it is now! I mean, it is SUPER EASY, even for a technologically challenged person such as myself. It has a sleek and compact design that doesn’t require a lot of space or cords coming out of the back of my computer. I have been using this printer for almost a month now, printing 100’s of labels a day and have had ZERO problems!! It’s definitely a game changer!!10/10 would 100% recommend!!! You will never use another label printer after using this one. As for me…They have gained a loyal customer for life!Kudos to the manufacturer of ROLLO. THANK YOU for making such a wonderful, compact, easy to use, time saving, cost-effective product!!

I ordered these labels in the past and they worked flawlessly. That pack of labels came in clear shrink wrap packaging with no Rollo branding present. They worked every time and I had no issues with any of the 500 I received in that package. When that pack ran out I simply re-ordered the same product from the same Amazon page. The new labels I received came in a very nice branded Rollo box, I figured this was an improvement, I was very wrong. The new labels absolutely 100% do not work in my Rollo printer. I am having the exact same issues as everyone elsie that has reviewed these recently is having. They get stuck in the printer, I couldn't get a single label to successfully print.Since I ordered them well ahead of when my first package would run out I didn't open them until 2 months later. If I could return this junk I would. I really hope Rollo reads this and rectifies this situation.I'm very disappointed and can't fathom how Rollo allowed their name to be placed on these. Since I needed labels for my business I ordered the following from Amazon for almost half the price and they work great: RyhamPaper 4" x 6" Fanfold Direct Thermal Labels(500 Labels) - White Mailing Postage Labels, Perforated, Permanent Adhesive Shipping LabelsUpdate 5-29-22: Rollo graciously reached out to me to try these labels again by sending out several boxes at no charge. I am happy to report that they have returned to their previous excellence and once again work flawlessly.Thank you Rollo!

Update 07/2022: I gave these another try more recently and it looks like issues I had in my original review have been fixed!Old: I have the same problem with these new labels as other recent customers have reported. I've been buying these labels from the same seller for over a year and the labels used to be really nice. Easy tear off, worked each time, nice dark printing with my Rollo printer. Something changed with these recently and now they no longer work, jam in my printer or don't print the full label. They used to come in a plastic wrapped stack of 500 perforated labels with no branding on the back. The ones I bought most recently came in a Rollo-branded box, still 500, perforated but they had the Rollo branding on the backs of the labels. I ran out of my old stack so put these in just today and my Rollo had trouble immediately. My printer "learned" the labels fine, but when I actually tried to print just one label, the label got jammed halfway through and my Rollo would show the red blinking light. I tried unplugging my Rollo, turning it on and off, making it learn and re-learn the label several times. I had two of these stacks of labels and even tried the other one in the box and had the same problems. So, I have two Rollo printers, I unloaded the labels on the one that was using so far and loaded them into my other Rollo. Had the exact same problems. So I gave up on these labels and loaded an off brand stack of labels that I kept around for emergencies. This off brand stack isn't as nice, the print quality is not dark and sometimes you can see streaks in the printed label. I certainly don't prefer them. But, sure enough, both of my Rollo printers worked fine with those.Clearly the most recent batch of these labels is defective in some way. I've given up on them, will be throwing them out and probably buying that off brand label until Rollo figures out what's wrong with these and fixes them.
