42"" Rotary Grinder Tool Flexible Flex Shaft Fits Dremel
This is a 42” grinder attachment which fits the majority of rotary tools. connection is for head with 3/4"" (19.05mm) thread. Work with the Dremel 100, 200, 300, 3000, 4000, 7300, 7700; Foredom, ToolShop, Performax, Milwaukee M12, etc.

Shaft installation as shown in attached picture:
1) remove rotary tool collet nut, and rotary tool top cap.
2) slide collet nut onto shaft core.
3)insert shaft core into collet.
4) tighten collet nut. Make sure the shaft core is hold tightly in the tool.
5) screw shaft connector onto the rotary tool. This will ensure the shaft core push back into the shaft.
Bit installation instruction:
1) insert the L bar included into the hole at the collet side of the shaft.
2) unscrew the shaft collet nut.
3)insert bit, not included, into the shaft collet
4)tighten shaft collet nut.
5) remove the L bar

Since receiving this HOHXEN Rotary Grinder I have been unable to use it because the center cable is smaller than a Dremel Flex Shaft cable. The cable is thinner than the Dremel center cable, and therefore is too small for the Drive Adapter! I have ordered new drive adapters 3 times and not one of them fits this HOHXEN cable. Save yourself the trouble and get the actual Dremel Flex Shaft. 🤬

Attached to my dremel and it did not work.Took it off and spun the inner spindle by hand. It turned but head did not turn.Returned it.

Just needed the cable inside to fix my tool. The end on this was the wrong thread pitch, but the cable had the correct ends and length.

I use this thing maybe 5 times every other month for one specific purpose. Today, the spindle head that the collet sits in sheered clean in two right through the hole you use to hold it still and tighten the collet nut.Looking at it, it's extremely poorly cast metal.I guess for the price I shouldn't expect much, but this is pretty terrible.The bit started wobbling a bit to the side, and I assumed it might have been off-center or loose in the collet, so I pushed the side of it a bit with my thumb and it snapped off. It's amazing the thing didn't break from the torque of using the tool.Spend the extra $20 and get the real one from Dremel.

Would work great but the chuck will not keep the bit from wobbling. It needs longer purchase points on the bits.

Internal shaft snapped after minimal use.Trying to buy a replacement. But it looks like I will have to buy a whole new flex shaft

This rotary flex shaft made possible to me to cut protruding nails in my roof where my dremel tool couldn' go for its size. It does as it says. It works. No more, no less. Well buil and at a very attractive price. Happy with this purchase.
