La he usado para correr ya en 5 ocasiones, y me parece la medida casi perfecta para llevar un poco de agua sin cargar una mochila en la espalda, ni una botella grande. Con cada sorbo que se da, se puede ir ajustando lo apretado que queda sobre la mano y evita el esfuerzo de sujetar al correr. Me gustan mucho los materiales y texturas. Super facil de lavar y llenar antes de usar. Incluye una bolsa pequeña para guardar llaves u otras cosas pequeñas.

Very affordable soft flask for running, but doesn't stay tight around hand so you do have to hold it more. Ended up returning and going with Osprey Duro Dyna Handheld Water Bottle 360mL as it tightens and adjusts around the hand more. Otherwise seems like it would work well!

I really like the bottle holder but the bottles themselves are extremely hard to clean especially to bite valves. Tried soaking them and using vinegar. Never got clean or dried and had mold in the walls of the mouth piece I could see but could only get to with a knife.

Light, resistance and ergonomic. Perfect to carry on a short run or a long walk. Let !e carry 350 mil of cold water on my hand without adding too much weight. I fill the bladder with water and place it in the fridge to cool before I go outside. Perfect size.watch the bladder and the cap with soap frequently.

I like to walk long distances (10-20 round trip miles). I’m female with small hands and some arthritis in my thumb. This bottle was perfect for my hand size and ability. It was also very easy to drink from. I didn’t experience any dripping issues as stated in other reviews. My only problem is I need something bigger to keep me hydrated. The company sells bigger bladders (bottles), but no carrier to go with them. I’m really bummed. It simply doesn’t hold enough water for me. I filled up when I had the opportunity, but bottle just wasn’t big enough to hold enough water for my needs. If you’re a runner or you want it for short distances, I highly recommend this product.

Update on this, the seller reached out and was very interested in what was going on, great customer support for that. The reason for the 4 stars is because this still feels loose in my hand. When the bottle goes down, i still flip it around and have to hand grip it. No matter what I try.Here's where Im at with this. I LOVE the idea of the smaller water bottle in your hand and not carrying some oversized jug.However.....* When the bottle gets low, you have to switch it from above your hand to inside, if not you wont be able to get the rest of the water out.* The wrist strap should be able to tie closer to your hand. Its very loose when again the water bottle is not full. I find it slipping and have to keep my hand clenched so it wont slip off.* The drinking method does take a minute to get use to, its not just sucking water. You have to bite and pinch the end to get the water to come out.Overall its a much better mouse trap thats for sure. But there are some things that could be refined for sure.

The taste wasn't awful and seems to go away completely the more it's used. Comfortable to hold while running. A little on the smaller side for long runs in the summer but it gets the job done. No leaks on me. I've also used this to hold my phone on shorter runs without water

Fantastic item however I have size large men’s hands in glove size and it’s to small.Fits just when bottle is full however as soon as you drink it starts to slip off hand
