The braket foe the pitman arm did not last a year wore out and loose

Said would fit avalanche 2500. Well, 2/3a did. These aren’t great. Smaller than the stock ones, my steering was crazy tight so that is a plus I suppose. Swapped out for ac delco parts and the difference of night and day.

Just had to remove the idler arm it didn't last 2 months started getting a pop and violent tire wobble took it to the shop and the idler arm failed serious wiggle the pitman arm is wiggling also just waiting on the new pitman arm to arrive at advanced auto parts installing a new driveworks idler from advanced auto to replace these cheap made defective parts

The idler braket fits but the pitman arm dosent what i received was a 3 spline pitman arm and on a 99 chevy 2500 4x4 is a 4 spline.

First thing I did was install the remote grease line. Second thing was to try to pump grease in and I couldn't. Removed line, installed zerk, and grease went in fine. Looked at the line and if you tighten it to the square adapter, it plugs the hole and grease cannot get through.The second thing I did was installed the idler arm to the bracket. No matter how tight you tighten the nut, it will not suck the arm up onto the shaft. I still have about a 1/4 of an inch of shaft showing.The third thing I did was tried to put the bracket and idler arm on the truck. it won't fit into the bracket on the truck on the top.The last thing I will do is chuck this piece of garbage into the scrap steel bin and spend more money on a better set.
