I have used several Deburr Wheels and this is the longest lasting and best there is for the $! There are several out there that have NUMEROUS failures such as “stripping, glue residue, hub failure, high wear, excessive grooving.” Many go out-of-round because of these issues and can’t be corrected due to the manufacturing “layup” process.”BTW my current wheel is half the size and still works well even tho the surface speed is greatly reduced. I actually bought a new one because my old wheel is now so small, the bigger motor diameter is getting in the way. Yeah I know I could setup a belt drive wheel hub, but I don’t have the room.

I have used this brand wheel for over 12 years and it's just worn down from 8" to 6". It's a pretty hard wheel and does take some pressure to cut, and it's a great for deburring. I have used it on stainless steel, aluminum and steel and it leaves almost a polished finish.

Scotch-Brite wheels are fantastic. Not cheap but for what they do, they do it like nothing else.

I have not used it but it does not seem to be solid enough . It seems as if you would use it the wheel would dig in and were down quickly .
