Got one delivered that was broken but shipping box was not smashed at all. Exchanged it for another and the second came also with the ring broken and the shipping box again was fine. Now I’m trying to exchange this one and it won’t let me.

My previous one of these thingys was cracked and needed a replacement. But do not worry, Amazon always has what you need with only a couple days away!This was a perfect fit, doesn’t make weird noises when the plate is spinning now, and it seems durable. Overall, I would recommend!

After 7 years, a wheel broke off the original turntable ring in my GE microwave. To replace the same one was next to impossible because they were on backorder. This one is smaller but does the job. It was also cheaper than larger ones.

Used it to replace the ring in our very old Kenmore microwave .Be sure to confirm the measurements, particularly of the wheels. Previous attempt to find a replacement had failed because the wheels were too large and held the glass platter about the turning hub.

My original microwave turntable ring was fractured completely through for unknown reason, and this was the perfect replacement at a fraction of the cost compared to official replacement parts. There is no decrease in quality of performance of the turntable. It rotates securely and freely with no issues. Please make sure you measure the diameter of the ring you are replacing for the best fit.

I’m glad this fit, and the price was very reasonable. First time I had to buy one ever, L O L. The measurement wasn’t exactly what my previous one was, but there’s room for variation in my microwave. It’s perfect, and I’m very happy. A wheel broke on my original.

My 20 year old GE microwave's turntable roller died...the little wheels broke. I measured my old one, this one matched perfectly and bam....works like a charm. I really appreciate that someone out there made this so I don't need to replace a perfectly functioning microwave!
