This rack is well built and sturdy. You have to put the wheels on yourself and the bottom plate for the rack which seems pretty self explanatory but there is only a certain a number of screws and at first glance it can be a little confusing since there wasn’t a diagram to follow. However the tech support they offer is really efficient, just call the phone number and they’ll take care of you. Good purchase!! I’ll definitely buy another rack from them in the near future.
