This toy is visually appealing and interesting because it's a ball rather than the typical silicone flat design. However, the ball is rigid plastic and I find the soft silicone backpiece more fun to use, or tactilely appealing. Also I think this ball would be more satisfying if it had enough silicone strips to cover all the surface area, while it probably has enough to cover about 2/3 of the ball. My toddler loves it though!

I got this for my three year old but it has been a hit for the whole house! You can put the bands anywhere and they stick! We love it

My son is on the spectrum, this is perfect for him. I take it with me when I have to take him to see his doctor or when we go out to public spaces, like a mall. He usually has jog in place or he'll end up finding noisy ways to stim. Since he likes pulling things apart, this was a great choice for him. He can pull out the rubber string over and over again and put them back however he likes. He likes this ball so I love it.

This is one of the coolest fidget toys I have ever seen. I thought at first this was like a little kid type thing until I tried it. You just squeeze in these flexible solid tubes however you feel like doing it. They're like little silicone noodles. Incredibly satisfying and somewhat addictive. I am literally shocked with this thing. I love it. I would actually like to see this in some other colours. They are bright and saturated but not my favourites. I can't say enough. This will help children develop some great hand eye coordination and tactile experiences while developing the needed movements and processes. For adults, it's just plain fun and might even help simply maintain hand eye coordination. Ether way, this is really for everyone and very worth noodling with. 100% satisfied and recommended.

The Helsort Sensory Fidget Toy consists of an attractive, softball -sized, blue ball along with 20 rubbery, multi-colored noodles. The ball is made of a hard plastic, while the strings consist of a soft, malleable and flexible material. The ball is ridged so the strings can be positioned to make various patterns. The toy was a gift and the young person found the toy fun and entertaining . What I liked best about the product the convenient way the ball opens up to contain the strings and then the ball could be neatly stored in the included storage bag.

This ball is much larger than I expected. It separates into two halves which you then need to screw together. 4 coloured latex "string" (4 of each colour) to insert into the grooves of the ball. Make different designs or shapes. The ball is really hard plastic that makes a big 'clunk' when dropped on the floor. This is not a daily toy, but a novel activity that will keep your little one quiet and occupied as long as it's only brought out once in a while. Great for building those vital fine motor skills. Recommend to use with supervision.

Perfect for training the pincer grasp. Very entertaining and keeps the baby still for a bit.

This is a nice change from the multitude of flat sensory boards. This ball will keep my son-in-law's special ed students occupied, when needed. They love the flat boards so I know they'll enjoy this sensory ball. The toy comes with a drawstring stoarage bag which is handy. I feel like the price is a bit high, but other than that I really like it.

The ball is hollow plastic that comes in two pieces that twist together. It's very lightweight and you can also just play with half of it, if you don't want it to be able to roll. But the plastic is hard and made my fingers hurt to use it.

This sensory activity ball is fun and satisfying to use - creating pleasing patterns with the silicone strings, placing the silicone strings in, and pulling them back out again, although I wish the ball itself wasn't so hard. It is especially helpful for those of us who are neurodivergent and need to fidget to find some calm. It feels satisfying to use except for how hard the ball itself feels. The set comes with the hard blue ball that with raised ridges and knobs where you can insert the silicone strings - it comes in two separate pieces that are easy to screw together - and the soft flexible silicone strings in bright colors, four each of purple, blue, leaf green, yellow, and orange. The only three things that I wish had been done differently with this are: 1) that the ball itself wasn't so hard and that it felt better to the touch, 2) that it wasn't so hard to pull some of the strings back out which isn't an issue with a soft silicone mat, though it is still easy but there is some resistance sometimes, and 3) that all of the colours of the silicone strings were complementary and went with the colour of the ball. I would rather have seen pink to go along with the purple and blue, and no orange but another shade of turquoise or green or purple or pink. However I am very sensitive to colour and other people may not be. If you're not sensitive to colour or to feeling hard edges (on the ball itself) then that won't be an issue for you.It is so enjoyable to create different visually pleasing designs on the hard blue ball with the soft silicone strings. I love the raised curves that you slot the silicone strings into, where you can make such intricate and pretty designs, and how you can cover the entire ball (or almost all) and use all the silicone strings. I also love that you can have the silicone strings stand upright if you want to, and that you can easily redo a design on the go if you don't like where it's going or if you see that one string blocks another. This sensory ball is engaging, is enjoyable to use, is visually pleasing, and is good on a sensory issue - except, for me, for the hardness of the ball itself. I love the designs I could make on this ball and how it was pleasing on a sensory and visual level for me as someone who is neurodivergent.

Got this for my 2.5 year old and she loves it. It’s very durable and a good size (about the size of an adult hand) to take along in a diaper bag or to play with in the car. The price is good as well but it’s definitely not a cheap feeling toy. Great for babies who like to fidget with things. So many different ways to move the strings. It’s good quality and would buy it again when needed.

This sensory ball was much bigger than I was expecting but I am still very pleased with it. There are a large selection of colors for the strings to use, my only complaint there was the lack of red strings, but that's just a personal preference. I like that it comes apart to store the strings inside. This is a nice thing to have when you need something to fidget with. Overall I would recommend this even though I think the price is a bit high.
