Good quality and good looking shower curtain rod.First time I installed it, it was wobly and I almost returned it, then I removed it and realized that the threaded screws on each short rod need to be tightened all the way in before connection to the adjacent rod, and when I did that, the rod was sturdy and solid after installation.The reason I gave it a 4 is that it is made of small rods that need to be connected together. I prefer if it was less pieces, but it is like that to accommodate different sizes.

Heavy duty WTH powerful spring. Like that the spring section is a 14” screwable section which makes fitting into a shower easier.

This shower rod is great. The reason I like it is because it was easy to set up, and it is really accurate, as far as the tension/ sizing go. You more or less get it within a size range by adding or subtracting 1 foot increments, that come with the set, and then fine tune the pressure and sizing with a turning motion. Nice and snug. Looks nice too.

This tension rod is beautiful! Very easy to adjust and put up. Tension is great. I'm using this to hold up pleated curtains that are fairly heavy.

The rods can only fit a certain specified length because they come in separate standard length sections (with one half piece half length) that have to be twisted/screwed together. So if you try to fit the longest into a space with an odd length like 217cm, using one section more or less or using in combination of the one shorter piece, it will either be too long or too short to fit the space. I bought 2 pieces and they cannot be used. The ad should have included the information that the sections comes in separate pieces and they are not telescopic which is the standard way curtain rods are made.

We liked everything about this rod!! Reasonably priced, rust proof, easy install and works perfectly for what we needed it for! We use it to cover my husband’s slightly untidy desk alcove area in our bedroom! The curtains are opened and closed daily with ease…..what else could we ask for!!?!! 😊

The rod is sturdy. But there's nothing to stop the rod from going through the end piece and gouging your wall. When you put tension on the rod it just cuts through the rubber end and gouges into your wall. Bad engineering !
