I already had a couch cover for my outdoor loveseat, but it was quite heavy, getting moldy from a wet spring, and I wanted something lightweight and waterproof. This fit the ticket. It was on my loveseat during Hurricane Hilary, which really wasn't a hurricane at all; but we did have 25 mph winds and a deluge of rain. This cover has velcro straps on the sides to secure it tightly around the piece of furniture, and also straps to wrap around the legs, so the cover stayed put, even in the wind. It also kept my loveseat dry in spite of rain that came down so hard it looked like hail bouncing off the ground. It's what I was hoping for, and I'm pleased with the purchase.

This cover has four leg loops to help keep the cover, secure, and to side tension strings to pull the cover tighter over the furniture to keep it from blowing away and keep it secure. Material seems very durable – so far very happy with my purchase.
