It's a stand... for the MPC One... and it fits the device. No surprises here. Actually the design could be improved - the little support thing at the bottom-front-right blocks your MPC's SD card slot. IDK about you but I actually use that card slot a fair amount for moving samples and MIDI files around and backing stuff up to the computer. it's not a big deal to move the MPC but I'm a little surprised they didn't think about that when designing this thing. Anyway it's a good product, buy one. It'll be better than a generic laptop stand.

To me this is the overall better options to the xts stand.... this is stand is more customized to the mpc one than the xts stand.I feel this stand is made for the akai MPC one. the xts stand is just a stand the mpc can work with.... u could get the ski stands in that case as well.The xts stand is tilted up a little more than this stand but the base of this stand beats out the xts for my use.
