We replaced our spray mop with this one, we were very hesitant as we though spray mops are compact and takes less space to store but one major issue with that it never long lasts, usually fails in 2-3 months. But with this one, we are very delighted with the kind of job it does, yes it takes little more space to store but it's very very easy to use, it comes with 2 bucket design each can be held together or separately and the spinner itself performs well and does the job, the yarn fibers are very absorbent and can really absorb a lot of water off the floor. Overall a great product.

I've always been more of a sponge mop kind of person, because while string mops do a good job, they're more trouble than they are worth. This mop has changed my mind! It makes using a string mop a lot more practical, and even a little bit fun.Pros:* Mop heads: They look impossibly delicate, with floaty white yarn fibers that don't look absorbent, but it turns out that the fibers are actually extremely absorbent. When wet, they are heavy and sturdy enough to fall into grout cracks. When dry, the fibers hold a neat, space-saving shape. Six heads are included.* The spinner is the star of the show! It works easily, using a pumping motion that reminds me of a cartoon butter churn. One pump makes it spin for several seconds, and leaves enough water in the head for wet mopping. For damp mopping or storage, just keep pumping.* Storage: Buckets nest for easy storage. Mop can hang from a hook (not included),Cons:* Cleaning the spin bucket is difficult because the top insert doesn't seem to come off. That leaves only the plug near the bottom of the bucket, which makes it impossible to get all the dirty water out.* Linked buckets: The two buckets are supposed to slide together, but when I tried to get them apart when full, they stuck and I spilled water. Solution: I just sit the buckets close together without linking them.* Size: The buckets are on the small side for an American house, big enough for one bathroom without refilling. Also, I feel like I need a third bucket, so there's one for rinsing the mop, and one for clean solution.* Instructions: Almost non-existent. I had to learn through trial and error, and watched some videos for another product.Neutral:* A tiny pump bottle sits in a hole on top of the spin unit. I have no idea what it is for.Overall, I am so pleased with the spinner component that I don't mind working around some of the other features that are less impressive.

I'm comparing this mop system by Tikaa Atok to the OCedar single tub mop system that I've been using for about 8 years. In the end, it wasn't close, this new product won.The instructions were mostly pictures but I didn't bother as I intuitively put it together. I was glad that it's stackable as I have limited storage space. The plastic tubs are lightweight, which raises the question of durability but on the other hand, makes lifting a water filled tub a lot easier. The O Cedar plastic was heavy duty but was difficult to pour into my toilet bowl, especially since it was one large heavy bucket. With this new mop system, I didn't bother attaching them but kept them apart but next to each other in my bath tub. After mopping, I would quick rinse the mop using only my strong flow tub faucet. I would then spin dry in the metal drum. This way I kept my detergent pail cleaner and I never touch the water with my hands. I tried draining the gray water by using the spigot but it was painfully slow flowing so I only pour using the corner where the soap dispenser sits. That dispenser also was useless for me and I removed it. Luckily, there's a drain hole underneath where the dispenser rested and that made the pour into the toilet go faster. The mop shaft and the plastic connections seem sturdy enough. The mop head pivoted well to reach under furniture. The plastic piece of the mop head would occasionally scrape against my tile and my laminate flooring if I don't position the mop yarns in a full circle on the floor but it wasn't as bad as the O Cedar which did that frequently. The spinning in the clean bucket needed more push/pull exertion than spinning in the metal drum which seemed effortless. The white color of the tubs allows me to see the amount of dirt tracked into the clean bucket which was strangely interesting for me.My opinion of this product is that it performed better than my O Cedar single tub system. Despite that this was my first time using it, I finished mopping my house faster with it than with my O cedar. Lifting and draining the tubs were much easier and quicker. I decided that this new spin mop stays in my house and that the O Cedar is demoted to our rented garage.Price is fair considering there are three mopheads included. I think it's a recommend for most people because it's faster and less tiring to mop an entire house with. Only question is how long will the thinner plastic tubs last. Even if it lasts only five years compared to my still going strong, 8 year old OCedar, I still prefer the Tikaa brand and would purchase it again. For now I'm giving it four stars.
