I used these bolts along with 1/4-20 T-Nuts to secure d-rings to the bed divider in my pickup. The divider is made with 3/4" plywood, and these are the perfect length. The bolts have a nice sort-of-flat top, so they don't stick up too far, and with the hex-socket head, are easy to install.They were priced right, and should serve for a very long time.

After the review I found the bolts while being the wrong size was no fault or the bolt supplier. The wood inserts were advertised wrong. I was unable to use as they did not fit my ordered wood inserts. This was not due to these inserts there the correct size it was my other items.
