I was skeptical to buy an ottoman off amazon but was pleasantly surprised. Product arrived quickly, the box didn’t seem that it would hold as big of an ottoman as this is but it was all in there. Directions were ok, but went together fairly easily and seems to be a good quality ottoman. I would recommend this a buy!

If the pilot holes backed up I might have given it a 5 stars. The directions were fairly easy to follow. The hardest part was getting the side that just flips up to match correctly.DON’T follow the pilot holes. They are WAY off! I used an impact driver instead of the tool they used. Game changer I’m sure.

Such a great value for the quality! The ottoman was pretty easy to put together; my husband put it together by himself in about an hour. It's SO soft and has a ton of storage. So happy about this purchase.

Easy to put togehter, we added wheels to the bottom instead of the legs it came with, so it would roll around the living room where needed. 10/10 Great quality, looks great. I think I may need another one

So far so good! I assisted my husband with assembly (held the light), and he was able to put together without any issues! It’s very sturdy and the perfect size for our space! Very happy with this purchase!

ottoman is sturdy, easy to assemble, and very large. i bought it so we could put our feet up while watching movies (our couch is kinda small), but i also bought it for the dog to enjoy. and the dog really seems to enjoy it. living room is 80% cozier than before. 10/10

Really wanted to like this and is the fit for what I need - but the poor quality, quality control is making me send this back to the seller. Here lies the issue - after several messages back and forth with the seller - I want to return the item and not deal with a replacement or a discount to waste more of my time. However, the return is at my cost - to China. This is insane as it was not disclosed and the item is fulfilled from NJ. While I have no issues to pay for shipping to NJ - sending it to China does not feel right nor appropriate. Think twice before purchasing - now trying to sort out with Amazon.You can see the quality issues in their own picture - where a gap is evident. From my pictures - you can see how the screws strip from the particle board, the gaps on the side and the horrific fit and finish.So happy to have come across this storage ottoman. It has been a challenge to find something this size and in this design. While it looks good and has potential - some serious quality problems exist. Similar to other buyers who left a review - quality is an issue - from the misaligned guide holes to broken pieces to misaligned locking mechanisms for the sides.
