Hall sensor stop working for second or less, many times I lose game for this reason, also mic input doesn't work and this is the second controller with same issue. Also buttons are soft when pressed FYI.Other than this, controller is doing well when it comes to battery size and usbc recharge 👍🏻

Stopped working literally the same day i got it and used it. Everything was good and smooth with connection and gameplay but after leaving my laptop & the controller alone for a bit… it completely stopped connecting, i followed the instructions to reset the controller, to turn it off/on and it didn’t work. the light stayed on and never changed to blue DO NOT BUY, if you intend to play on LAPTOPS. so sad and disappointing

I got the controller an hour ago, for 30 dollars this controller is a steal. The paddles on the back work well and are fully reprogrammable. The X O triangle and square buttons are nice enough. The dpad is decent, and the triggers are pretty nice but the bumpers feel a little cheap. The touchpad works exactly like a regular ps4 controller, and the controller connects like a regular controller. In fact the ps4 even recognized it as a ds4 in the device menu. Only issue with connection is that it takes about a second longer to connect than a regular controller. And for anyone confused about the extra sticks, they are extensions making you're joystick longer. Overall pretty great purchase and if you're looking for a Hall effect pro controller for under 40 dollars this is a pretty good contender.

I bought the controller mainly for the Hall Effect analog sticks. That part of the controller seems ok. The problem is with the programmable back buttons. I’ve followed the instructions included with the controller and nothing works. I tried contacting the company via their website and via Amazon and after several days of waiting, still nothing. They don’t even list the controller on their website. A bit sus, but aside from the back buttons. The controller seems ok so I gave it 2 stars. The customer support seem nonexistent.UPDATE: I didn’t give up on contacting the customer support. I contacted them via their Facebook page and someone finally got back to me. (Please see photos) Long story short, the Quick Start Guide that comes with the controller is wrong. The customer support sent me a .pdf link for a different version of the guide. The one that comes with the controller is “T-29H” while the one they sent me was “T29-H”. In the wrong version of the guide it says to “Press & hold SHARE”, while in the correct version it says “Press and hold “Turbo” button for 2 seconds…” It works. I gave them 3 stars because they included the wrong Quick Start Guide for all these controllers (I bought three of them in total. All had the wrong guide), the customer service dragged their feet on helping with the issue, but that they still pretty good controllers.

I was really sick of paying $70 for controllers that either didn't work properly because they were third-party garbage or that eventually started drifting from the awful analog sticks most companies use today. The low price and hall effect sticks got me to give these a shot, and I don't think I'll ever need to buy another controller again. The sticks on this thing feel AMAZING -- they are a little taller than a standard stick and the resistance they provide feels very different. It is so much more precise than the original controller, like not even in the same ballpark. To top it off, the buttons also feel great. The whole controller has a very heavy, sturdy, expensive feel to it, even more so than the original Dualshock 4.The only reason I'm not giving this thing 5 stars is because it's a little big, so kids and people with small hands might struggle a bit with it, and the extra buttons on the back are a little awkward. I don't really use them since I was just in the market for a controller that works, not some gimmick, but it is something to be aware of.Seriously, if you're sick of paying good money for garbage controllers, this is what you want. It's a great price and it feels stunningly good to play.

I can confirm that this is, as far as I can tell, a genuine hall effect controller. The sticks have to be rotated each time you turn it on to calibrate the sensors, which helps confirm the use of hall effect sensors. The buttons are membrane based, which is fine. The touchpad works well. The triggers work incredibly well, and the d pad is responsive enough to comfortably play hectic sidescrollers. My only complaint is that the share button isna little unresponsive. You have to press it kinda hard to register an input. Overall this has to be one of absolute favorite controllers, well worth the $30 I bought it for. I really like the option of tall sticks to take advantage of the precision of the hall effect joysticks. I was so pleased I got some nice matching joystick caps for it separately.Oh, and the fact this charges off USB C and can handle charging at 1500 mA is a really nice QOL feature.Overall an amazing deal.
