It’s a beautiful instrument but it’s not really playable because of my octave key being messed up and I have a different key messed up

If you just want a saxophone to have fun and play at home, this is perfect! Obviously you can upgrade the mouthpiece and reed, but that's about all you'll need to get a better sound.
