This device really works for strengthening thigh muscles, and different targeted areas, however, I'm giving one less star because it could use some padding or cushion on the ends as other reviews have said.Suggestion when using is to place socks over the ends, small towels, or use with long shorts or pants when doing otherwise if do on bare skin it will leave temporary red marks.The device is easy to put to together and use, and portable which I'm highly happy with

Incredible quality and durability. I was skeptical at first as I’ve tried a couple other thigh masters in the past and they were too weak to use.This one came in a few pieces, I assembled it in 2 minutes and BAM! One thing- I wouldn’t say this product is meant for bodybuilders or folks with very strong legs. This is meant more for the average Joe.Here’s a shoe for size comparison. I give it 8.5/10

Easy to assemble, solid little unit but nice and light to handle. Impressive resistance, comfortable and versatile. Can use for hand / arm presses as well.

This apparatus is not long enough to position properly for effective use. The flower petal design leaves marks on the skin. Overall it’s really not comfortable to use. What ever happened to the Suzanne Somers design…simple and effective. We don’t need an intricate design to go between our legs!!

I just received this a few days ago. I am 55 and workout consistently doing HIIT and Weightlifting. I have recently started having urinary leaking issues while working out. I saw my Mom go through the same issues and would like to head them off before it gets worse. I do a few reps with this when I am taking a break between sets and I already have seen the difference.

Love this device! Perfect size for me, sturdy item, resistance on thighs is perfect and can definitely feel the burn after repetitions(this would vary depending on the persons strength obv). Great value for money imo.

I love this! It is well built, good quality, a good value for the money. It was easy to assemble and I put it to use immediately.Over the last two weeks I have noticed a change in legs. I use this for my arms too when I can't get to the gym. It is a nice quick and easy go-to that I can use any time of the day. And most importantly, it works! The muscle between my legs is tightening, become more firm, and slightly thinner. 😀 Love my thinning thighs! I also love ( probably because how often I use it) how it's increasing my metabolism-my firm thigh muscles are adding to my energy levels.It was a good buy-Love it! I highly recommend!

This product is perfect for me!!It's easy to assemble and lightweight to carry.I often use it while looking at my phone. Its resistance is just right for me when I'm just starting out.It has an adjustable pad Angle, so I can do a lot of different movements with it, and it gives both my thighs and arms a workout. The resistance band allows me to work my hand muscles better.This is a great purchase for people who want to exercise, and it is the right price!!
