Perfectly replaced old flush mechanism for my side mount toilet. The plastic threaded piece broke on the old one so hopefully this one lasts. I like that the handle is metal and not plastic. The rod is also more solid than the ‘universal’ one I got at Lowes that did not fit right on the side mount.

I had a problem with the chain on the flapper getting hung and not properly closing causing the water in the toilet to continue to run. This part fixed my problem.

Purchased to replace the handle in a Lowes brand of toilet (for which Lowes has no specific parts). So you're on your own trying to replace parts in this toilet. I was expecting that there would be something else in the package to make this fit firmly in the tank top where it attaches. NOPE. There's one small squishy, rubber fitting to insert but it really isn't enough for a firm fit. They should include something that is a more dense rubber to fit securely in the tank.

I purchased this lever for a Toto ST743S model toilet and in order for it to effectively flush, I had to install it in position 180 degrees opposite to shown in advertising. The actual lever now points to the back of the tank. Due to the solid design quality of the lever arm, I did not attempt to bend to enable fit in the expected position. Has anyone else experienced this on their model of toilet? The lever works but I likely order another one from a different supplier.
