I recently purchased the DEKOPRO Tool Kit Box Drill Set and was eager to put it to use. During my first project, the drill won't work and the it seemed to lack sufficient power, struggling with simple drilling jobs. After much effort, it started working but unfortunately the drill bit snapped under minimal pressure, rendering the drill unusable. This experience has left me questioning the overall quality and durability of this product. Super disappointed and do not recommend this drill set to anyone.

I purchased a tool set in May 2024, but the drill is no longer charging. I have tried contacting technical support multiple times without success. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Great amount of tool selection for the buck. Great starter kit for someone who doesn't use tools every day. My 9 year old grandson loves it. He works on things alot and almost any tool he needs is in this box.

This is the perfect set for anyone needing a compact, transportable home repair tool set. I highly recommend this for this purpose. You aren’t going to fix a car or build a house with it, but phenomenal for handyman work around the house!

I gave this to my son for Christmas. He needed just about every tool as he basically had none and this tool kit held everything…. Even a drill. Very compact for apartment living. He loved it!

Don’t waste your time. I ordered one kit and returned it because the drill would not charge. I ordered a second replacement kit and the same thing again. The drill would not charge even though red indicator light said it is recharging. I contacted Amazon directly and the said the had sent an email to to company and I should here back within 48 hours. More than 78 hours has passed not including the weekend and dead silence just like their drill. Even tried calling the number suggested by their site using the WhatsApp. It just rings not even an answering machine or a way to leave a voice mail. DON’T BUY THIS TOOL KIT. Especially from this company

It is a really nice set overall but the drill does not charge. I purchased two sets, one for myself and one as a gift and for both sets the drill would not charge. I noticed that some other people in the comment section had the same problem. It is too bad because they sat overall is amazing.
