Your cart is empty. Simple Trouble Solution:
1. Noise. The sound insulation of the installation environment is too poor. The cargo environment is too noisy. The distance between the host and the auxiliary machine should be increased or the volume should be turned down.
2. Silent. The power cord is not plugged in or loosened. The 12v transformer should be inserted into the jack of the host (power supply). The volume knob is not turned up. Adjust the volume knob clockwise to turn up the sound.
3. Cut off the sound. The speaker is too far from the microphone, should be closer (less than 20cm is the ideal distance)
Installation Notes:
1. The main machine is placed on the workbench and is used by the staff. The auxiliary machine is attached to the glass outside the workbench and used by the customer. The auxiliary machine is inserted into the main machine plug hole.
2. Insert the power cord transformer into the power box, and the DC plug into the power interface of the host.
3. After checking that all plugs and jacks are correctly connected, turn on the power switch on the main unit, and the power indicator lights.
4. Gradually adjust the volume condition knob on the main unit from low to high to make the volume of the inner and outer volume suitable.
5. Speak into the microphone on the workbench, and the sound will be broadcast from the outside auxiliary machine, accompanied by the IN indicator light.
6. Speaking to the sub-machine, the sound is broadcast by the main machine in the work, and the indicator light with OUT will light up.

Not too impressed with the sound quality. Not hard to set up and use. Automatically detects voice which is cool. The material seems a little lightweight and cheap. I guess the price is okay considering the quality. Better systems cost a lot more so guess it depends on what you are looking for and what you want to pay if this system is good enough.

This is a portable and easy to set up dual intercom system. It only measures a little over 7 inches in length so it's quite small, portable and lightweight. It's also easy to install, essentially plug n' play. The control board is well laid out and intuitive. I like that it has a large power button and two tactile volume knobs.Once turned on, the PA system will detect voice automatically and transmit the sound to the speaker. The speaker detects the PA system every time. This makes operating the PA system easy. The drawback is that people speaking near the microphone might unintentionally say something they did not want to transmit. Also, the two-way sound quality isn't the best. It's reasonably clear, just very thin and tinny. But overall, this PA system may be a good value pick for small workplaces and around the home.

Overall this works, but the quality is really lacking, both in the physical manufacture, and the terrible tin-can sound quality.Audio quality is so poor it's hard to hear through a glass divider. The sound is soooo tinny and crackly.The make of the item is also pretty poor quality. The casing is really cheap and the arm is hard to adjust. Longer wiring could be provided to be able to configure it better depending on where you need it.Not a great purchase. I would look at something better quality, especially for sound.

Bon produit, bonne qualité. Le son est bon et facilement ajustable. Le micro capture bien les sons autour... pas besoin de viser précisément pour que ça marche bien ! Mes employés avaient de la difficulté à entendre les clients avec les masques qui sont de l’autre côté du plexiglass. Le problème est réglé et ils sont bien content !
