Just a remarkable lever. Most people don’t know that America’s favorite cairn terrier designed this incredible lever that you can replace every 5-10 years. I used to flush every week or so, but now I can flush after every deuce. Friends say something has changed about me. Me? I’m not sure. But my toilet water is changing every couple days now. Kudos, little doggo. Don’t be afraid of the wizard.

Works great just know you will probably need to bend the metal rod using pliers etc to optimize it for your toilet.

After 15 years the handle on our Toto toilet (Model ST 744SL) failed. I was able to secure the Toto replacement handle through Amazon. It arrive in a few days and it fit perfectly. Vert easy to install.

This works just like it is supposed to work. Easy to install as well. After trying an off-branded product that did not work at all, I am just relieved that this works perfectly. Not much else to say about it. It came quickly, decent price and works like it should.

This is fairly dramatically different than the original part. It's reinforced where the old one failed. The shape of the brass rod is quite different, but works very well - I had to lengthen the chain by about 2 inches. The rod also didn't line up above the flush flapper. Might not matter, but I was able to bend it by hand to line up better. It is still a floppy handle like the original, but much tighter. The slop is apparently by design, weirdly. Yes, my tank is an St743S, stamped on the inside back of the tank.

I was initially worried because the picture didn’t match the part I was replacing but ordered it based on model number. When it arrived it was an exact match except it has been updated to fix the problem’s that caused the last 2 to fail. It now has a metal lining where the rod contacts and has an extra rib to strengthen it. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to replace it.

We have a Toto toilet. It has been leaking for a while. We replaced the handle with a noname brand several times....worked at first then leaked. Finally found the Toto handle on Amazon. It's been working like a charm. I only wish I had found this in the first place and not wasted our money on the noname brands.

This was not the exact replacement for my toilet, but it is close enough that I ordered it anyway. The only difference is the rod on this one has a crook in it and the one I replaced was straight.Our old flush handle broke recently. The rod sort of floats in a slot inside the handle and the top of that slot broke out on my original flush handle. It lasted for 10... almost 11, years, but I don't recall ever needing to replace a handle on a toilet before, so maybe that's not so great.Regardless, this replacement was not overly expensive, it functions exactly like the old handle and it was a perfect fit. After adjusting the chain that connects the flush rod to the flapper valve, it works better than before. Installation took only a few minutes, the longest part was adjusting the chain.I would buy this product again, assuming it holds up for a decent length of time before needing to be replaced again.

I’ve been trying to find a compatible one for a long time. I’ve bought and return a lot that don’t quite fit. This one was the closest I’ve seen to the original one that I took out. I had to add a part from the old one but it works perfectly and delivery was fast. Overall I’m pleased.

I looked everywhere for a replacement flush handle and on a whim I checked out Amazon, boy I'm glad that I did. Not only was this item cheaper than most of the other places I found it (it was not easy to find!) but it arrived in two days with regular shipping and fits perfectly. This is a genuine TOTO part not an after market so there was no worries about fit, I would recommend before purchase you check inside your toilet tank and find the model number then you are guaranteed the perfect part. Definitely recommended.

IMO it's hard to rate a replacement part because clearly the ORIGINAL did not last and only time will tell how long the REPLACEMENT will.If you purchased a TOTO toilet fitted with TOTO TRIP LEVERS in the year 2000, they last exactly 13 years. How do I know this? We had our house fitted with TOTO toilets in 2000 and ALL 3 ORIGINAL TOTO LEVERS broke/failed at around the same time. Within a 3 month window one-by-one, each trip lever exhibited the same issue: stuck in the down position so you would have to jiggle the lever to get it back to the regular lever position. Upon inspection, you realize (lightbulb!) it all makes sense. The metal rod that has an insertion point in the trip lever has started to wear and tear, and now needs to be replaced. I'm now on my 3rd round of ordering the EXACT same TOTO lever so I am certain of the life span.Once replaced which is quite simple and intuitive, just a little awkward getting a good position to do the work, it works like a charm. You may need to adjust (rather bend) the metal rod that it comes with (or you can use the original) to get that perfect positioning so the handle doesn't jiggle (if you care that much).I suppose TOTO is still considered a premium brand and 13 years of life out of a trip handle is NOT BAD. However, I expect a lot out of premium housing products since you pay extra for the brand. I would think something like a trip handle should last longer than 13 years so in that regard I am a little disappointed. $20 is not a whole lot but considering the overall cost of a toilet, but it still carries a premium price over the universal ones you can find (but don't fit TOTO toilets) at Home Depot or Lowes. It also begs the question of how much TOTO is making off of these replacement parts. Is it planned? Or maybe I'm overthinking it.Opinion aside, this product fits and works perfectly. Opinion considered, I am hoping this trip lever will last longer than the original.
