Turbro mini split with heating & A/C has been such a huge surprise, honestly. It’s a 12,000 BTU & says it can heat/cool around 750 square feet. My home is 2850 sq ft. We decided to install it to take care of our bathroom, 2 bedrooms, laundry room & a hallway. It does all those rooms plus SO MUCH MORE, yall! Plus, it has dropped my electric bill at least 125.00!!! Well worth the small investment.

looked nice, only received box #2 had to ship back as i was missing half of it.ordered again and same thing only one box. it states in the description it is a two box shipment and i gave plenty of time for the second to arrive.

My house is totally electric without central air conditioning. I use this unit to heat and cool my bedroom. The unit has been working very well. The temperature in our bedroom has been constant since I installed this unit. My electric baseboard heater has not been required. I was really surprised to see how easily it was to install and I would recommend this unit

love the unit.install easy peasy. looks nice.actually works great? outside temp drops 35 plus or minus it freezes up.love to give 5 plus stars,when i figure it up (warms up)i will update. oh, have been in contact with customer service.they have been great also.i know this has got to be a dummy issue.so if icant fix factory more than willing to waranty.

Everything works great, but had to take off 1 star for the app connection issues. Shows on my WiFi system as connected, but offline inside the app.Install was easy and the unit is dead quiet in silent mode.
